2. Lower LH front window
3. Press brake pedal to turn on drive rails
4. Set air suspension ride height to “Very High”

5. Turn wheel fully to the right
6. Open hood

7. Remove rear underhood apron

11. Remove bolts securing fascia bracket to carrier

12. Remove push clips securing LH front wheel arch liner to fascia and move to the side for access

    5x push clips, Shift bottom of liner down and flex top of liner against tire

    

    

    

13. Remove bolt securing front fascia to LH fender bracket

    1x bolt, T25, 5 Nm

    

14. Press brake pedal to turn on drive rails

    

15. Turn wheel fully to the left

    

16. Remove push clips securing RH front wheel arch liner to fascia and move to the side for access

    5x push clips, Shift bottom of liner down and flex top of liner against tire

    

    

    

17. Remove bolt securing front fascia to RH fender bracket

    1x bolt, T25, 5 Nm

    

18. Power off vehicle from center display
    참고

    Via Controls > Safety & Security > Power Off

    

19. Disconnect LV battery connector and First Responder Loop

    2x connectors, Lift up and release green locking tab, Pull black connector lock outwards to release connection

    

    

    

    

20. Disconnect front fascia harness

    2x connectors, Pull red tab to disengage lock then disconnect, Located behind RH wheel arch liner

    

21. Release front fascia valance from front aero shield

    3x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm, 2x clips, 2x datums, Do not remove 3x middle bolts

    

    

22. Release fascia from fender brackets and pull forward to remove from vehicle

23. Disconnect battery backed siren connector

24. Remove bolt securing battery backed siren to front bumper beam complete

    1x bolt, 10mm, 8 Nm

    

    

25. Install bolt securing battery backed siren to front bumper beam complete

    1x bolt, 10mm, 8 Nm

    

    

26. Connect battery backed siren connector

27. Install front fascia onto vehicle and secure fascia to fender brackets

    Recommend Assistance, Route fascia harness while installing, Verify front fascia valance sits under front aero shield before proceeding

    

    

28. Apply Loctite 222 to fasteners and secure front fascia valance to front aero shield
    참고

    3x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm, 2x clips, 2x datums, Insert valance datums into aero shield holes, Do not remove 3x middle bolts

    

    

    

29. Connect front fascia harness
    참고

    2x connectors, Engage locking tab, Located behind RH wheel arch liner

    

30. Install bolt securing fascia to RH fender bracket
    참고

    1x bolt, T25, 5 Nm

    

31. Install push clips securing RH front wheel liner to fascia
    참고

    5x push clips

    

    

32. Connect First Responder Loop and LV battery connector
    참고

    2x connectors Secure FRL first, Seat LV battery connection and push black connector lock inwards to secure, Engage green locking tab when fully seated

    

    

    

    

33. Press brake pedal to turn on drive rails

    

34. Turn wheel fully to the right
35. Install bolt securing fascia to LH fender bracket

36. Install push clips securing LH front wheel liner to fascia

37. Install bolts securing fascia bracket to carrier

41. Close hood

42. Press brake pedal to turn on drive rails

44. Set air suspension ride height to “Medium”
