1. Raise and support vehicle with wheels still touching the ground
   Merk

   Ensure vehicle is not charging
2. Open the LH front door and lower the LH front window.
3. Remove the rear underhood apron. See Deksel under panser – bak (fjerne og skifte ut).
4. Remove the underhood storage unit. See Oppbevaringsrom under panser (fjerne og skifte ut).
5. Remove the HEPA filter. See Enhet – filter – HEPA (fjerne og skifte ut).
6. Remove the HEPA duct. See Kanal – HEPA (fjerne og skifte ut)
7. Disconnect LV power. See 12 V-/lavspenningsstrøm (koble fra og koble til).
8. Verify operation of multimeter
   Merk

   Set multimeter to DC voltage, Confirm multimeter is properly measuring voltage by testing LV battery, Touch lightly and do not damage terminals

   

   

9. Remove clip securing negative terminal cable to AC compressor bracket
   Merk

   1x clip

   

10. Remove negative terminal cable from body
    Merk

    1x bolt, 10mm, 10 Nm

    

    

11. Remove the LV battery. See 12 V-/lavspenningsbatteri (fjerne og skifte ut).
12. Remove all four wheels. See Hjulenhet (fjerne og skifte ut).
13. Remove the mid aero shield panel. See Panel – luftskjerm – midtre (fjerne og skifte ut).
14. Remove all items from pockets and ensure not wearing metal items

    

    

15. Inspect HV insulating gloves

16. Put on HV insulating gloves and leather over gloves

    Make sure to wear Electrical Protective Gloves any time Hioki tester is used

    

17. Install amp clamp to RDU HV harness
    Merk

    Verify meter is zeroed out before performing measurement, Measure single cable. Verify ammeter is installed in correct direction. If current > 0.5A do not proceed with disconnecting HV connector. In this case, start vehicle electrical isolation again to make sure that all was properly shut down. Escalate for assistance as required If current < 0.5A, Ok to disconnect and check voltage at HV plug on the battery side.

    

    

18. Release RDU HV harness from HV battery
    Merk

    1x connector, Release locking tab and rotate the release lever up to disengage the connector, Do not force the release lever up, Ensure the alignment tabs on the RDU header are not damaged

    

19. Verify no high voltage at RDU HV header
    Merk

    Make sure to wear PPE (HV gloves, safety glasses) when working on high voltage component, Measure B+ to Ground, B- to Ground, B+ to B-, If voltage is greater than 10V, Pack contactors are not open or welded, Stop work and reach out to Service Engineering

    

    

    

    

20. Remove front aero shield

160. Remove vehicle from lift

     Lower rack arms fully and remove from under vehicle
161. Raise the LH front window and close the LH front door
162. Perform test drive
     Merk

     Per current FRT (00040100) 0.3 hrs, If alignment was adjusted verify tracking, If DAS components were adjusted verify operation, If brakes were serviced perform burnishing
