拆卸

  1. Remove the charge port assembly. See 充电端口（拆卸和更换）（国标） ((拆卸和更换)).
  2. Pull and hold the manual release cable to release the actuator.
  3. Remove the actuator screws (x2) from the charge port assembly.
    NaN Nm (NaN lbs-ft)
  4. Turn the actuator 30 degrees and then remove the actuator from the charge port assembly.
  5. Remove and discard the DC charge port latch stick o-ring from the charge port assembly.
  6. Remove the DC charge port latch stick from the actuator.

    Rotate the latch stick to release.

安装

  1. Lubricate the DC latch stick and o-ring.
  2. Install the DC latch stick to the actuator.

  3. Install the DC latch stick o-ring to the charge port assembly.
  4. Position the actuator onto the charge port assembly.

    Make sure there is no gap between the actuator and the charge port.
  5. Install the screws (x2) that attach the actuator to the charge port assembly.
