座椅滑轨总成 - 第一排 - RH（拆卸和更换）

拆卸

  1. Remove front passenger seat from the vehicle. See 座椅总成 - 第一排 - LH（拆卸和更换）.
  2. Remove the front passenger seat outboard side shield. See 侧护板 - 外侧 - 驾驶位座椅（拆卸和更换）.
  3. Release the connector lock, and then disconnect the electrical connector from the pretensioner.

  4. Remove the front passenger seat inboard side shield. See 侧护板 - 内侧 - 驾驶位座椅（拆卸和更换）.
  5. Disconnect the electrical connector from the 1st row buckle.

  6. Position the seat to access the underside of the seat.

    Protect the seat cushion from damage as necessary.
  7. Disconnect the seat track position sensor connector.
  8. Release the clip that attaches the track motor harness to the track motor housing.
  9. Disconnect the LH front seat track motor connector.
  10. Remove and discard the inboard bolts (x2) that attach the seat track to the seat cushion frame.
    23 Nm (17.0 lbs-ft)

  11. Remove the outboard bolts (x2) that attach the seat track to the seat cushion frame, and then set the seat track assembly on a flat surface.

  12. Remove and discard the patchbolt that attaches the buckle to the seat track, and then remove the buckle.

    • 3/8 英寸扭矩扳手（仅适用于安装程序）
    • 3 英寸加长件

  13. 40 Nm (29.5 lbs-ft)
    拆下并弃用将预紧装置固定到座椅滑轨的螺栓，然后将预紧装置从总成上拆下。
    提示： 推荐使用以下工具：
    • 梅花 T50 套筒
    • 3/8 英寸标准棘轮
    • 3/8 英寸扭矩扳手（仅适用于安装程序）
    • 3 英寸加长件

  14. 拆下将座椅滑轨位置传感器固定到座椅滑轨总成的螺钉，然后将传感器从总成上拆下。

安装

  1. 将座椅滑轨位置传感器放置在座椅滑轨总成上，然后安装将传感器固定到总成的新螺钉。

  2. 40 Nm (29.5 lbs-ft)
    将预紧装置放置在座椅滑轨上，然后安装将预紧装置固定到座椅滑轨的新螺栓。

  3. 40 Nm (29.5 lbs-ft)
    将锁扣放置在座椅滑轨总成上，然后安装新座椅安全带锁扣附带的耐落螺栓，以将锁扣固定到座椅滑轨。

  4. Position the new seat track assembly to the seat cushion frame.
  5. Install the outboard bolts (x2) that attach the seat track to the seat cushion frame.
    23 Nm (17.0 lbs-ft)

  6. Install new inboard bolts (x2) that attach the seat track to the seat cushion frame.

  7. Connect the LH front seat track motor connector.
  8. Install the clip that attaches the seat track harness connector to the seat track motor.
  9. Connect the seat track position sensor connector.
  10. Return the seat back to the upright position.
  11. Connect the buckle connector.

  12. Install the front passenger seat inboard side shield. See 侧护板 - 内侧 - 驾驶位座椅（拆卸和更换）.
  13. Connect the pretensioner electrical connector.
