拆卸

  1. Remove the driver seat headrest. See 头枕 - 驾驶位座椅（运动版座椅）（拆卸和更换）.
  2. Remove the LH front seat décor assembly. See 饰板 - 第一排座椅 - LH（运动版座椅）（拆卸和更换）.
  3. Remove the LH front seat back panel. See Back Panel - LH (Sport Seat) ((拆卸和更换)) ((拆卸和更换)).
  4. Remove the rear underhood apron. See 前备箱挡板 - 后部（拆卸和更换）.
  5. Disconnect LV power. See 低压电源（断开和连接）.
  6. Disconnect the LH front seat harness connectors (x2) from the seat back assembly.
  7. Release the clip that attaches the LH front seat harness to the seat back.
  8. Disconnect the LH front lumbar valve pack electrical connector.
  9. Remove the bolt that attaches the LH front seat back to the seat assembly.

  10. Move the LH front seat back away from the seat frame to allow access to the 2nd row.
  11. Disconnect the LH front lumbar motor electrical connector.
  12. Release the clips (x2) that attach the LH front lumbar motor assembly to the seat assembly.
  13. Release the connector locking tab, and then disconnect the LH front seat outboard airbag electrical connector.
  14. Remove the nuts (x2) that attach the LH front outboard airbag to the seat back frame, and then remove the airbag from the seat assembly.

  15. Remove the bolts (x2) and release the tab that attach the LH front seat outer side bolster to the seat assembly, and then remove the side bolster from the seat assembly.
    提示： Free the datum, and then slide the bolster downward to release it from the seat back frame.

    • 8 毫米套筒
    • 无绳棘轮/冲击钻
    • 棘轮/扭矩扳手

安装

  1. Position the LH front seat outer side bolster into the seat assembly, and then install the bolts (x2) that attach the side bolster to the seat assembly.
    7 Nm (5.2 lbs-ft)
    提示： Slide the trim upwards, and then position the datum into seat back frame.

  2. Position the LH front outboard airbag to the seat back frame, and then install the nuts (x2) that attach the airbag to the seat assembly.
    5.4 Nm (4.0 lbs-ft)

  3. Connect the LH front seat outboard airbag electrical connector, and then secure the connector locking tab.

    Verify the connector is fully seated.
  4. Position the LH front lumbar motor pouch onto the seat frame, and then secure the clips (x2) that attach the assembly to the seat.
  5. Connect the LH front lumbar motor electrical connector.
  6. Position the LH front seat back assembly onto the seat frame.
  7. Install the bolt that attaches the LH front seat seat back to the seat assembly.
    5 Nm (3.7 lbs-ft)

  8. Connect the LH front lumbar valve pack electrical connector.
  9. Install the clip that attaches the LH front seat harness to the seat back.
  10. Connect the LH front seat harness connectors (x2) to the seat back assembly.
  11. Connect LV power. See 低压电源（断开和连接）.
  12. Install the rear underhood apron. See 前备箱挡板 - 后部（拆卸和更换）.
  13. Install the LH front seat back panel. See Back Panel - LH (Sport Seat) ((拆卸和更换)) ((拆卸和更换)).
  14. Install the LH front seat décor assembly. See 饰板 - 第一排座椅 - LH（运动版座椅）（拆卸和更换）.
  15. Install the driver seat headrest. See 头枕 - 驾驶位座椅（运动版座椅）（拆卸和更换）.
  16. Raise the LH front window and close the LH doors.
