拆卸

  1. Open all four doors
    注
    If vehicle is being powered down, Latch rear doors to prevent accidental closure
  2. Open trunk from exterior switch
  3. Lower all four windows
  4. Place vehicle into tow mode
    注
    Via Controls > Service > ''Towing''
  5. Place wheel chocks to keep vehicle from moving
  6. Release seat belt retractor from RH front seat
    注
    Insert special removal tool into the bottom of the retractor to release
  7. Move RH front seat forward
  8. Remove RH front seat rear fasteners
    注
    2x patch bolts, T45, 33.5 Nm, Discard after removal
  9. Move RH front seat backward
  10. Remove RH front seat front fasteners
    注
    2x patch bolts, T45, 33.5 Nm, Discard after removal
  11. Remove LH front floor mat
  12. Remove LH console side panel carpet
    注
    11x clips, 2x positioning clips, 1x tab, Use trim tool starting at rear edge to release upper clips, If clips is too tight, Use prytool to remove clips, Then pull bottom to release remaining clips, Finally, release tab and pull out side panel backward, Replace clips if it is damaged
  13. Remove LH front exterior bolts from center console
    注
    2x bolts, 10mm, 7 Nm
  14. Remove RH front floor mat
  15. Remove RH console side panel carpet
    注
    12x clips, 2x positioning clips, 1x datum, Use trim tool starting at rear edge to release upper clips, If clips is too tight, Useprytool to remove clips, Then pull bottom to release remaining clips, Finally, release the datum and pull out side panel backward, Replace clips if it is damaged
  16. Remove RH front exterior bolts from center console
    注
    2x bolts, 10mm, 7 Nm
  17. Move LH front seat forward
  18. Remove console rear end panel from center console assembly
    注
    6x clips, 2x tabs, First release the upper clips and then release the lower tabs to remove rear end panel
  19. Remove rear bolts securing center console to vehicle
    注
    2x bolts, 10mm, 7 Nm
  20. Open hood
  21. Remove rear underhood apron
    注
    14x clips
  22. Remove fresh air gutter assembly
    注
    3x clips
  23. Remove fresh air intake assembly
    注
    2x studs, Lift cowl as needed
  24. Power off vehicle from center display
    注
    Via Controls > Safety > Power Off, Select Power Off button at warning dialogue box
  25. Disconnect LV battery and first responder loop
    注
    2x connectors, Release green locking tab, Press black tab then pull black connector lock outwards to release connection, Release red lock tab on FRL, Allow 2 minutes for all electrical circuits to fully discharge
  26. Disconnect seat connector from RH body controller
    注
    1x connector, 1x locking tab, J9
  27. Release RH front seat harness from sill trim clips
    注
    5x clips
  28. Remove RH front seat from vehicle
    注
    Recommend assistance, With assistant supporting seat back from 2nd row seat, Remove seat from front RH door opening, Caution not to damage any trim, Protect the seat upholstery when the seat is outside of the vehicle
  29. Disconnect harness from rear of center console
    注
    1x connector, 1x clip
  30. Disconnect harness connector from right front of center console
    注
    1x connector, 1x clip
  31. Remove center console assembly from vehicle
    注
    Recommend assistance, Tilt rear of console upward, pull assembly towards rear of vehicle, then tilt front of console upward and remove through passenger side, Then Place on the work table
  32. Partially release RH front primary door seal
    注
    Release the lower section of RH front primary door seal
  33. Remove RH IP end cap
    注
    5x clips, 2x guide tabs
  34. Remove RH upper A-pillar trim
    注
    6x clips, 1x tether, 2x guide tabs,1x alignment pin, Pull inside of the upper portion of upper A-pillar, Depress 2x tabs to remove tether from body side, Then pull upper A-pillar upward to remove
  35. Remove push clip securing RH footwell duct from RH footwell cover
    注
    1x push clip
  36. Release RH footwell cover
    注
    6x clips, 1x guide tab
  37. Remove connector from RH footwell cover
    注
    1x puddle light connector
  38. Remove screws securing IP lower assembly to IP carrier
    注
    1x screw, T20, 2.3 Nm
  39. Remove IP lower assembly from IP carrier
    注
    13x tabs
  40. Release spring clip securing driver air bag assembly to steering wheel and pull driver air bag assembly away from steering wheel
    注
    2x spring clips, 2x datums, Press the spring simultaneously from two access holes to release, Access holes located at 4 and 8 o’clock position, Do not insert tool too far as air bag connector could be damaged
  41. Disconnect driver airbag connector and removal airbag assembly
    注
    1x connector
  42. Disconnect steering wheel connector
    注
    1x connector
  43. Remove bolt securing steering wheel to steering column
    注
    1x patch bolt, 10mm hex, 80 Nm, Discard after removal, Counter hold the steering wheel when breaking bolt loose
  44. Mark steering wheel to steering column
    注
    Align the marking during installation
  45. Remove steering wheel from steering column
  46. Release steering column upper shroud from lower shroud
    注
    4x alignment clips,4x guide tabs
  47. Remove upper screws securing lower shroud to steering column module
    注
    2x screws, T20, 1.5 Nm
  48. Remove lower shroud from steering column
    注
    2x screws, T20, 1.5 Nm, 1x location slot
  49. Disconnect SCCM assembly connector
    注
    1x connector, Remove retaining clip on the connector, Release connector, Then remove the remaining broken clip from connector, Discard retaining clip after removal, Originally installed clip is black, Replacement clip is orange
  50. Loosen bolt securing SCCM to steering column
    注
    1x bolt, T20, 2.3 Nm, Loosen only, Do not remove
  51. Remove SCCM from steering column
    注
    1x tab
  52. Release IP service panel from IP
    注
    4x tabs, 2x guide pins
  53. Disconnect temperature sensor connector
    注
    1x connector
  54. Remove bolts securing center display to IP assembly
    注
    2x patch bolts, 10mm, 16 Nm, Discard after removal, Slide towards rear of vehicle to remove
  55. Disconnect harness connectors from center display
    注
    2x connectors
  56. Remove center display from vehicle
  57. Partially release LH front primary door seal
    注
    Release the lower section of LH front primary door seal
  58. Remove LH IP end cap
    注
    5x clips, 2x guide tabs
  59. Remove LH upper A-pillar trim
    注
    6x clips, 1x metal clip, 2x guide tabs, 1x alignment pin, Pull inside of upper portion of upper A-pillar, Then pull upper A-pillar upward to remove
  60. Release LH footwell cover
    注
    5x clips, 1x guide tab
  61. Remove connectors from LH footwell cover
    注
    3x connectors
  62. Remove clip securing passenger footwell duct
    注
    1x clip
  63. Remove clip securing passenger footwell duct
    注
    1x Clip
  64. Remove LH passenger footwell duct from HVAC module
  65. Disconnect glove box USB cable connector from car computer
    注
    1x connector, Release locking tab then release connector
  66. Remove screws securing glove box to IP
    注
    4x screws, T20, 2.3 Nm
  67. Release glove box from IP carrier
    注
    10x clips, 3x locator pins, 1x datum, Avoid damage to electromagnetic switch
  68. Disconnect glove box connectors
    注
    2x connectors
  69. Remove glovebox from vehicle
  70. Release defroster grill
    注
    9x metal clips, 2x guide tabs
  71. Disconnect defroster grill ambient light connectors
    注
    2x connectors
  72. Remove defroster grill from vehicle
  73. Remove LH IP speaker
    注
    3x screws, T20, 2.3 Nm, 1x connector
  74. Remove center IP speaker
    注
    3x screws, T20, 2.3 Nm, 1x connector
  75. Remove RH IP speaker
    注
    3x screws, T20, 2.3 Nm, 1x connector
  76. Disconnect connector for passenger air bag
    注
    1x connector, 2 stage locking connectors, Lift the white tab to release the connector
  77. Remove screws securing IP assembly to cross car beam near passenger air bag
    注
    2x patch bolts, E10, 8 Nm, Discard after removal
  78. Disconnect IP harness connector from IP LH side
    注
    1x connector
  79. Disconnect IP harness connector from IP RH side
    注
    1x connector
  80. Remove screw securing IP assembly to cross car beam on upper LH side
    注
    1x screw, T20, 2.3 Nm, 1x datum
  81. Remove screws securing IP carrier to cross car beam on LH side
    注
    1x screws, T20, 2.3 Nm
  82. Remove screws securing IP carrier to cross car beam at lower center
    注
    3x screws, T20, 2.3 Nm
  83. Remove screws securing IP carrier to cross car beam on RH side
    注
    3x screws, T20, 2.3 Nm
  84. Remove screw securing IP assembly to cross car beam on upper RH side
    注
    1x screw, T20, 2.3 Nm, 1x datum
  85. Remove RH IP speaker harness from IP
    注
    Gently pull out the instrument panel and lift it to facilitate removing the harness.
  86. Remove LH IP speaker harness from IP
    注
    Gently pull out the instrument panel and lift it to facilitate removing the harness.
  87. Remove IP carrier from vehicle
    注
    4x guide tabs, 2x tabs, Recommend assistance
  88. Disconnect LH IP air wave duct thermistor connector
    注
    1x connector
  89. Remove clips securing LH air wave duct to IP
    注
    2x push clips
  90. Remove LH IP air wave duct from HVAC module
  91. Remove clevis pin from brake pedal assembly
    注
    1x pin
  92. Remove cotter clip from clevis pin on brake pedal assembly
    注
    1x clip
  93. Disconnect accelerator pedal connector
    注
    1x connector, Do not push down on red tab, Pull red tab to disengage lock, Pull again to release connector
  94. Remove fasteners securing pedal assembly
    注
    4x nyloc nuts, 13mm, 16.5 Nm, 1x bolt, 13mm, 13 Nm, Discard nyloc nuts after removal
  95. Remove pedal assembly from vehicle
    注
    4x studs, Release from iBooster studs then negotiate around iBooster rod
  96. Remove clip for RH lower A-pillar trim
    注
    1x push clip
  97. Remove RH lower A-pillar trim
    注
    4x clips, 2x guide tabs, Pull rear of lower A-pillar upward to release clip then pull rearward to release front tabs from carpet
  98. Release 2nd row seat cushion and disconnect harness connectors
    注
    2x clips, 2x connectors, Press tabs backward then pull front edge up
  99. Fold 2nd row 40 seatback down
  100. Remove RH side bolster
    注
    1x locator clip, 3x guide tabs, Pull outward then slightly upward to remove
  101. Remove bolster plastic bracket from RH side body
    注
    2x clips, If necessary, depress the clips from behind, this bracket may come out with bolster. Discard after removal
  102. Remove RH side rail assembly
    注
    4x clips, 2x locations, 4x tethers, Pull the upper corner of the side rail then work your way to bottom, Pull the lower side rail toward RH to release clips, Release tethers from bolted bungee tether
  103. Remove tether hooks from RH body
    注
    2x tether hooks, Discard after removal
  104. Remove RH C pillar assembly and move it aside
    注
    3x clips, 3x tabs, Pull rear C-pillar inward then forward to remove
  105. Remove RH lower B-pillar assembly
    注
    7x clips, 5x locator clips, Pull the trim panel outward in the direction of the arrow to release clip from lower B-pillar
  106. Remove RH middle B-pillar assembly
    注
    5x clips, 3x locator clips, Pull the bottom of the B-pillar middle trim panel into the vehicle, and then pull the upper part to release the remaining clips
  107. Release clips securing RH upper B-pillar assembly and move aside
    注
    3x clips,3x locator pins,Pull the bottom of the upper B-pillar toward inside of the car, then pull the top to release the remaining clips
  108. Push open RH coat hook
  109. Pry open RH coat hook screw cover
    注
    2x clips
  110. Remove RH coat hook screw
    注
    1x screw, T25, 2.5 Nm
  111. Remove LH side rail assembly
    注
    4x clips, 2x locations, 2x tethers, Pull the upper corner of the side rail then work your way to bottom, Pull the lower side rail toward RH to release clips, Release tethers from bolted bungee tether
  112. Remove tether hooks from LH body
    注
    2x tether hooks, Discard after removal
  113. Push open LH coat hook
  114. Pry open LH coat hook screw cover
    注
    2x clips
  115. Remove LH coat hook screw
    注
    1x screw, T25, 2.5 Nm
  116. Fold 2nd row 60 seatback down
    注
    Pull release, Fold down, Protect seat cushion if necessary
  117. Remove LH side bolster
    注
    1x locator clip, 3x guide tabs, Pull outward then slightly upward to remove
  118. Remove bolster plastic bracket from LH side body
    注
    2x clips, If necessary, Depress clips from behind, this bracket may come out with bolster, Discard after removal
  119. Remove LH C pillar assembly and move it aside
    注
    3x clips, 3x tabs, Pull rear C-pillar inward then forward to remove
  120. Remove clip securing LH lower A-pillar assembly
    注
    1x push clip
  121. Remove LH lower A-pillar assembly
    注
    4x clips, 2x guide tabs, Pull rear of lower A-pillar upward to release clip then pull rearward to release front tabs from carpet
  122. Remove LH lower B-pillar assembly
    注
    7x clips, 4x locator clips, Pull the trim panel outward in the direction of the arrow to release clip from lower B-pillar
  123. Remove LH middle B-pillar assembly

    5x clips, 3x locator clips, Pull the bottom of the B-pillar middle trim panel into the vehicle, and then pull the upper part to release the remaining clips
  124. Release clips securing LH upper B-pillar assembly and move aside
    注
    3x clips,3x locator pins,Pull the bottom of the upper B-pillar toward inside of the car, then pull the top to release the remaining clips
  125. Release rear headliner from body
    注
    4x clips, 2x locator pins,loosen the rear of the headliner to facilitate the next step
  126. Remove package tray harness clips around C-pillar area
    注
    2x clips
  127. Disconnect package tray harness connector from RH body harness
    注
    1x connector
  128. Remove package tray
    注
    5x tabs, 3 at the rear of panel and 2 on the sides, Slide towards front of vehicle to remove
  129. Remove load floor
    注
    Use pull tab located at rear edge of panel
  130. Remove trunk sill trim assembly
    注
    4x clips, Pull corner upward to release clip on end then pull away from body for remaining clips
  131. Remove RH load floor bracket
    注
    4x clips, 2x locations, Release bracket front clips, then release clips at the bracket rear, and remove the floor bracket
  132. Remove trunk garnish assembly
    注
    6x clips, 4x locating tabs
  133. Remove clips for RH trunk side trim
    注
    2x clips
  134. Disconnect RH trunk task light connector
    注
    1x connector
  135. Remove RH trunk side trim
  136. Remove bolts securing RH cross car beam to body
    注
    2x bolts, 15mm, 29 Nm
  137. Remove bolt securing RH cross car beam bracket to cross beam
    注
    1x bolt, 13mm, 25 Nm
  138. Remove nut securing RH cross car beam bracket to body
    注
    1x nut, 13mm, 25 Nm
  139. Remove RH cross car beam bracket from vehicle
  140. Loosen bolt securing cross car beam to upper cowl
    注
    1x bolt, 13mm, 25 Nm
  141. Remove bolts securing LH cross car beam to body
    注
    2x bolts, 15mm, 29 Nm
  142. Remove bolt securing LH cross car beam bracket to cross beam
    注
    1x bolt, 13mm, 25 Nm
  143. Remove nut securing LH cross car beam bracket to body
  144. Remove LH cross car beam bracket from vehicle
  145. Remove bolts securing steering column to body
    注
    2x bolts, 13mm, 25 Nm
  146. Remove bolt securing HVAC assembly to RH side of bulkhead
    注
    1x bolt, 10mm, 5.5 Nm, Recommend assistance to support HVAC assembly during removal
  147. Release connectors from right side of car computer
    注
    5x connectors
  148. Release harness connectors on left side of car computer
    注
    4x connectors, If equipped, release locking tab, then remove connector body
  149. Release harness clips from lower of car computer
    注
    2x clips
  150. Remove the right body wiring harness fixing clip from the front floor of the vehicle
    注
    This wiring harness leads to the car PC end and passes through HVAC
  151. Remove clips securing RH front main carpet to vehicle
    注
    1x push clip, 1x locator clip, Number of clips on new vehicles may vary
  152. Fold the driver's side carpet back
  153. Remove the body harness fixing clip
    注
    3x Clips
  154. Move IP and HVAC module upwards
    注
    Place the airbag between the HVAC system and the center floor to apply air, leaving enough space for the HVAC system and the center floor to remove the wiring harness
  155. Remove RH body harness
    注
    Remove the right body wiring harness from the HVAC and floor areas
  156. Disconnect connectors from harness clip at RH lower A-pillar area
    注
    3x connectors
  157. Release RH body harness from RH body controller and A-pillar and move aside
    注
    3x clips
  158. Disconnect J2 connector from RH body controller
    注
    1x connector, 1x locking tab, J2
  159. Disconnect J4 connector from RH body controller
    注
    1x connector, 1x locking tab, J4
  160. Disconnect J5 connector from RH body controller
    注
    1x connector, J5
  161. Disconnect J12 connector from RH body controller
    注
    1x connector, J12
  162. Disconnect connector from right body harness
    注
    1x connector
  163. Release harness clip from RH body controller
    注
    1x clip
  164. Disconnect DCDC positive cable from right body harness
    注
    1x connector, 1x clipPull up the red locking tab and then press
  165. Release RH front seat harness from sill trim clips
    注
    5x clips
  166. Disconnect LH harness connectors around RH lower B-pillar area
    注
    3x connectors
  167. Remove fixed harness connector bracket from RH b pillar area
    注
    1x connector bracket
  168. Remove bolt securing RH retractor to base of B-pillar
    注
    1x patch bolt, 15mm, 40 Nm, Discard patch bolt
  169. Disconnect harness connectors from RH retractor
    注
    2x connectors, 2 stage locking connectors, Lift the red tab to release the connector Disconnect connector after removing retractor from B-pillar
  170. Remove RH B-pillar impact accelerometer sensor
    注
    1x connector
  171. Disconnect RH body wiring harness and RH rear door wiring harness connectors from RH B-pillar area
    注
    1x connector
  172. Remove RH body harness clips from B-pillar area
    注
    3x clips
  173. Remove clip securing RH rear carpet of vehicle to body
    注
    1x clip
  174. Remove RH body harness ground strap around lower B-pillar
    注
    1x bolt, 10mm, 10 Nm
  175. Release RH body harness clips along RH front sill area
    注
    1x clip
  176. Release the RH B-pillar applique fasteners cover
    注
    2x clips, Be careful not to damage the car paint
  177. Remove bolts securing RH B-pillar applique to body
    注
    2x bolts, 8mm, 5 Nm
  178. Release RH B-pillar applique from vehicle
    注
    1x clip, 2x tabs, Release the bottom of the applique and slide the applique downward to remove, Use caution not to damage the connectors
  179. Disconnect B-pillar camera and RH antenna connector
    注
    2x connectors, Release red locking tab first before removing connector
  180. Release RH upper B-pillar bracket form body
    注
    2x bolts 10mm2.5 Nm
  181. Remove the RH body harness clips from B-pillar area
    注
    7x clips
  182. Disconnect RH body harness from TCU
    注
    2x connectors, release locking tab
  183. Disconnect HVC logic connector and install logic cap
    注
    1x connector, 1x cap, Release locking tab then push the handle downward to release connector
  184. Release positive LV output cover from PCS cable
    注
    1x cover
  185. Remove nut securing positive LV output from PCS cable and move cable aside
    注
    1x nut, 13mm, 9 Nm, Discard after removal
  186. Disconnect 40 seat back heater harness
    注
    1x connector
  187. Disconnect RH rear seat belt buckle connector
    注
    1x connector
  188. Remove clip securingRH rear seatbelt buckle harness to vehicle body
    注
    2x clips
  189. Remove RH body harness clips around lower C-pillar area
    注
    6x clips
  190. Disconnect RH 2nd row seat belt retractor connector
    注
    1x connector, 2 stage locking connectors, Lift the red tab to release the connector
  191. Disconnect harness connector for RH side curtain airbag
    注
    1x connector，2 stage locking connectors, Lift the white tab to release the connector
  192. Disconnect RH antenna filter harness connector
    注
    1x connectorGently disconnect the harness. Do not damage the heater grid
  193. Release the trunk harness connectors under package tray area
    注
    2x connectors
  194. Release trunk harness connectors bracket under package tray area
    注
    2x connector bracket
  195. Disconnect LH and RH parcel shelf speaker connectors
    注
    2x connector
  196. Remove the RH body harness clips around the upper C-pillar area
    注
    10x clips
  197. Disconnect RH power strut connector
    注
    1x connector
  198. Remove ground strap of body harness in RH area of the trunk
    注
    1x bolt, 10mm, 10 Nm
  199. Remove RH body harness clips around RH side of trunk area
    注
    1x connector bracket3x harness clips
  200. Disconnect connector from RH rear audio amplifier
    注
    3x connectors
  201. Remove wheel chocks
  202. Push vehicle onto lift
    注
    Recommend assistance, Note this vehicle can only be safely pushed for a very short distance and at very slow speed
  203. Raise and support vehicle
    注
    Ensure vehicle is not charging
  204. Loosen RH rear wheel nuts
    注
    5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm
  205. Raise vehicle partially and lower lift onto locks
    注
    Set vehicle to a comfortable working height, Make sure there's an audible click of the locks on both sides before lowering, otherwise vehicle may tilt to the side
  206. Remove RH rear wheel
    注
    5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm
  207. Remove clips securing the RH rear wheel liner to body
    注
    8x push clips, 7x fan clips
  208. Remove RH rear wheel liner
  209. Disconnect RH side subframe harness connector
    注
    1x connector, Release locking tab
  210. Disconnect RH rear EBP harness from rear main body harness
    注
    1x connector, Release locking tab
  211. Remove RH body harness clips around RH subwoofer area
    注
    2x harness clips2x connector bracket
  212. Lower vehicle partially and set lift onto locks
    注
    Raise lift off locks, then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered, Set vehicle to comfortable working height
  213. Push grommet through RH side trunk bulkhead and feed harness through
    注
    1x grommet, Bulkhead around rear portion RH wheel liner area
  214. Remove RH body wiring harness from vehicle

安装

  1. Position RH body harness to vehicle for installation
    注
    Layout the position and direction of the new wiring harness on the vehicle for installation
  2. Push rear subframe portion of RH body harness through RH side trunk bulkhead
    注
    Check if the seal is in place after installation
  3. Install RH body harness clips around RH subwoofer area
    注
    2x harness clips2x connector bracket
  4. Connect RH rear EPB harness to rear main body harness
    注
    1x connector, Engage locking tab
  5. Connect RH side subframe harness connector
    注
    1x connector
  6. Raise vehicle partially and lower lift onto locks
    注
    Set vehicle to comfortable working height, Make sure there's an audible click of the locks on both sides before lowering, otherwise vehicle may tilt to the side
  7. Position the RH rear wheel liner for installation
  8. Install the clips securing RH rear wheel liner
    注
    8x push clips, 7x fan clips
  9. Install RH rear wheel
    注
    5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm, Start lug nuts by hand before using power tool
  10. Lower vehicle fully
    注
    Raise lift off locks, then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered
  11. Remove lift arms from below vehicle
    注
    Lower rack arms fully and remove them from under vehicle
  12. Torque RH rear wheel
    注
    5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm
  13. Push vehicle away from lift
    注
    Recommend assistance, Note this vehicle can only be safely pushed for a very short distance and at very slow speed, Chock wheels.
  14. Place wheel chocks to keep vehicle from moving
  15. Connect connector on rearRH audio amplifier
    注
    3x connectors
  16. Install RH body harness clips around RH side of trunk area
    注
    1x connector bracket3x harness clips
  17. Install ground strap of body harness in RH area of the trunk
    注
    1x bolt, 10mm, 10 Nm
  18. Connect RH power strut connector
    注
    1x connector
  19. Install RH body harness clips around the upper C-pillar area
    注
    10x clips
  20. Connect LH and RH parcel shelf speaker
    注

  188. Connect RH front seat harness to RH body controller

  189. Connect first responder loop and LV battery

  197. Install LH front seat belt retractor to seat

    Insert retractor into seat pre tensioner, Make sure it locks into position with push-pull-push test
  198. Move RH front seat to original position
  199. Move LH front seat to original position
  200. Hold brake pedal and select park on UI to disable EPB service mode
  201. Remove wheel chocks
  202. Raise all windows
  203. Close trunk via interior switch
  204. Close all four doors
