拆卸

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. See GUID-0ECF2493-88F6-48E9-ADBB-9AE1D52E217C.html.
  2. Disconnect the LV power. See 低压电池 - 锂离子（断开和连接） (Modify).
  3. Remove the underhood storage unit. See 前备箱总成 ((拆卸和更换)).
  4. Raise the vehicle fully and lower the lift onto locks.

    警告

    Make sure there is an audible click of the locks on both sides before lowering, otherwise the vehicle may tilt to one side.

    Make sure that the doors are clear of surrounding objects.

  5. Remove the front aero shield panel. See 前流线型护板 ((拆卸和更换)).
  6. Position a coolant drain container underneath LH front of the HV battery.
  7. Disconnect the front drive unit inverter inlet hose from the fluid coupling, and plug the ends of both fittings as soon as possible to avoid coolant loss.

    Coolant loss greater than 1L requires vacuum fill.
  8. Position the coolant drain underneath RH front of the front drive unit.
  9. Disconnect the front drive unit inverter inlet hose from the heat exchanger, and plug the ends of both fittings as soon as possible to avoid coolant loss.

  10. Remove the coolant drain container from underneath the vehicle.
  11. Raise the lift off locks, hold the lock release lever to keep locks free while the vehicle is lowered, and then set the vehicle to a comfortable working height, then set the lift onto locks.
  12. Release the inverter to oil cooler hose clip, and then remove the inverter to oil cooler hose from the front drive unit.

安装

  1. Install the inverter to oil cooler hose to the front drive unit by securing the inverter to oil cooler hose clip.
  2. Raise the vehicle fully and lower the lift onto locks.

  3. Position a coolant drain container underneath the LH front of the HV battery.
  4. Remove the plugs from the ends of both fittings, and then connect the front drive unit inverter inlet hose to the fluid coupling.

  5. Position the coolant drain underneath the RH front of the front drive unit.
  6. Remove the plugs from the ends of both fittings, and then connect the front drive unit inverter inlet hose to the heat exchanger.

  7. Remove the coolant drain container from underneath the vehicle.
  8. Install the front aero shield panel. See 前流线型护板 ((拆卸和更换)).
  9. Raise the lift off locks, hold the lock release lever to keep locks free while the vehicle is lowered, and then fully lower the vehicle.
  10. Connect the LV power. See 低压电池 - 锂离子（断开和连接） (Modify).
  11. Remove the coolant cap and fill the coolant to MAX line.
  12. Unlock the gateway. See 网关解锁.
  13. Tap the Service Mode "wrench" (at the bottom of the touchscreen UI), and then tap Thermal > Coolant System > Coolant Purge > Run to perform the Coolant Air Purge.

    注
    • Make sure that the vehicle is not in Drive. Putting the vehicle into Drive will stop this routine.
    • The pumps will still run for some time after the Routine Passed message displays. Do not start another routine before the coolant pumps stop running.
    • The speed in the test varies from 3500-6500 RPM (idle speed = ~1500 RPM) and the actuated valve varies between SERIES and PARALLEL.
    • 如果速度在 7000 RPM 左右徘徊，则说明泵存在气锁状况。请重新执行真空加注。继续添加冷却液并排空空气，直至冷却液液位介于罐上的 NOM 与 MAX 线之间。
  14. Inspect the coolant level and top off as necessary, make sure that the fluid level is at the MAX line, and then install the coolant bottle cap.
  15. Install the underhood storage unit. See 前备箱总成 ((拆卸和更换)).
  16. Install the rear underhood apron. See 后裙板总成 ((拆卸和更换)).
  17. Raise the LH front window and close the LH front door.
  18. Remove the lift arms from below the vehicle.
