1. Open all four doors
   注

   If vehicle is being powered down, Latch rear doors to prevent accidental closure

   

2. Open trunk from exterior switch

   

   

3. Lower all four windows.
4. Place vehicle into tow mode
   注

   Via Controls > Service > ''Towing''

   

5. Place wheel chocks to keep vehicle from moving

   

6. Disconnect the LV battery power. See 低压电池 - 锂离子（断开和连接） (Modify).
7. Remove RH IP end cap
   注

   5x clips, 2x guide tabs

   

   

8. Release RH footwell cover
   注

   2x magnets, 1x guide tab, 1x connector

   

9. Remove connectors from RH footwell cover
   注

   1x puddle light connector, 1x Speaker connector

   

   

10. Remove clips securing passenger footwell duct
    注

    2x clips

    

11. Disconnect glove box USB cable from car computer
    注

    1x connector, Release locking tab then release connector

    

12. Remove screws securing glove box to IP
    注

    4x screws, T20, 2.3 Nm

    

    

    

13. Release glove box from IP carrier
    注

    10x clips, 3x locator pins, 1x datum, Avoid damage to electromagnetic switch

    

    

14. Disconnect the glove box connectors (x2).

    

    

15. Remove RH passenger footwell duct from HVAC module

    

    

16. Remove RH upper A-pillar trim
    注

    6x clips, 1x tether, 2x guide tabs,1x alignment pin, Pull inside of the upper portion of upper A-pillar, Depress 2x tabs to remove tether from body side, Then pull upper A-pillar upward to remove

    

    

    

    

17. Remove RH sun visor bracket cover
    注

    4x clips, Extending the sun visor may allow for extra working room

    

18. Remove RH sun visor fastener
    注

    1x screw, T25, 3.5 Nm, Extending the sun visor may allow for extra working room

    

19. Remove RH sun visor from headliner area
    注

    Fold sun visor to the closed and folded down position but do not latch in place

    

20. Disconnect RH sun visor connector
    注

    1x connector

    

    

21. Remove clip for RH lower A-pillar trim
    注

    1x push clip

    

22. Remove RH lower A-pillar trim
    注

    4x clips, 2x guide tabs, Pull rear of lower A-pillar upward to release clip then pull rearward to release front tabs from carpet

    

    

23. Remove RH side rail assembly
    注

    4x clips, 2x locations, 4x tethers, Pull the upper corner of the side rail then work your way to bottom, Pull the lower side rail toward RH to release clips, Release tethers from bolted bungee tether

    

    

    

    

    

    

24. Remove tether hooks from RH body
    注

    2x tether hooks, Discard after removal

    

    

    

25. Push open RH coat hook

    

    

26. Pry open RH coat hook screw cover
    注

    2x clips

    

27. Remove RH coat hook screw
    注

    1x screw, T25, 2.5 Nm

    

28. Release 2nd row seat cushion and disconnect harness
    注

    2x clips, 2x connectors, Press tabs backward then pull front edge up

    

    

    

    

    

29. Fold 2nd row 40 seatback down

    

    

    

30. Remove RH side bolster
    注

    1x locator clip, 3x guide tabs, Pull outward then slightly upward to remove

    

    

    

31. Remove bolster plastic bracket from RH side body
    注

    2x clips, If necessary, depress the clips from behind, this bracket may come out with bolster. Discard after removal

    

32. Remove RH C pillar assembly and move it aside
    注

    3x clips, 3x tabs, Pull rear C-pillar inward then forward to remove

    

33. Remove RH lower B-pillar assembly
    注

    7x clips, 5x locator clips, Pull the trim panel outward in the direction of the arrow to release clip from lower B-pillar

    

    

    

34. Remove RH middle B-pillar assembly
    注

    5x clips, 3x locator clips, Pull the bottom of the B-pillar middle trim panel into the vehicle, and then pull the upper part to release the remaining clips

    

    

35. Release clips securing RH upper B-pillar assembly and move aside
    注

    3x clips,3x locator pins,Pull the bottom of the upper B-pillar toward inside of the car, then pull the top to release the remaining clips

    

    

36. Remove LH side rail assembly
    注

    4x clips, 2x locations, 4x tethers, Pull the upper corner of the side rail then work your way to bottom, Pull the lower side rail toward RH to release clips, Release tethers from bolted bungee tether

    

    

    

    

    

    

37. Remove tether hooks from LH body
    注

    2x tether hooks, Discard after removal

    

    

    

38. Push open LH coat hook

    

    

39. Pry open LH coat hook screw cover
    注

    2x clips

    

40. Remove LH coat hook screw
    注

    1x screw, T25, 2.5 Nm

    

41. Fold 2nd row 60 seatback down
    注

    Pull release, Fold down, Protect the seat cushion if necessary

    

    

    

42. Remove LH side bolster

    1x locator clip, 3x guide tabs, Pull outward then slightly upward to remove

    

    

    

43. Remove bolster plastic bracket from LH side body
    注

    2x clips, If necessary, depress the clips from behind, this bracket may come out with bolster. Discard after removal

    

    

44. Remove LH C pillar assembly and move it aside
    注

    3x clips, 3x tabs, Pull rear C-pillar inward then forward to remove

    

45. Remove LH IP end cap
    注

    5x clips, 2x guide tabs
46. Remove clip securing LH lower A-pillar assembly
    注

    1x push clip
47. Remove LH lower A-pillar assembly

    4x clips, 2x guide tabs, Pull rear of lower A-pillar upward to release clip then pull rearward to release front tabs from carpet
48. Remove LH lower B-pillar assembly
    注

    7x clips, 4x locator clips, Pull the trim panel outward in the direction of the arrow to release clip from lower B-pillar

    

    

    

49. Remove LH middle B-pillar assembly
    注

    5x clips, 3x locator clips, Pull the bottom of the B-pillar middle trim panel into the vehicle, and then pull the upper part to release the remaining clips

    

    

50. Release clips securing the LH upper B-pillar assembly and move aside
    注

    3x clips,3x locator pins,Pull the bottom of the upper B-pillar toward inside of the car, then pull the top to release the remaining clips

    

    

51. Release rear headliner from body
    注

    4x clips, 2x locator pins,loosen the rear of the headliner to facilitate the next step

    

    

52. Remove package tray harness clips around C-pillar area
    注

    2x clips

    

    

53. Disconnect package tray harness connector from RH body harness
    注

    1x connector

    

54. Remove package tray
    注

    5x tabs, 3 at the rear of panel and 2 on the sides, Slide towards front of vehicle to remove

    

    

    

55. Remove load floor
    注

    Use pull tab located at rear edge of panel

    

    

56. Remove trunk sill trim assembly
    注

    4x clips, Pull corner upward to release clip on end then pull away from body for remaining clips

    

    

    

57. Remove RH load floor bracket
    注

    4x clips, 2x locations, Release bracket front clips, then release clips at the bracket rear, and remove the floor bracket

    

    

58. Remove trunk garnish assembly
    注

    6x clips, 4x locating tabs

    

    

    

59. Remove clips for RH trunk side trim
    注

    2x clips

    

    

60. Disconnect RH trunk task light connector
    注

    1x connector

    

61. Remove RH trunk side trim

    

    

62. Release harness connectors on left side of car computer

    3x connectors, Release locking tab, then remove connector body

    

63. Release harness clips from left of car computer

64. Release harness clips from lower of car computer

65. Disconnect connectors from car computer

66. Release RH body harness from RH body controller and A-pillar and move aside

67. Remove the nut securing the RH body controller to vehicle

68. Remove RH body controller from vehicle

    Move RH controller up and away from the vehicle body for easier access to the connector in the next step

    

    

    

69. Disconnect J2 connector from RH body controller

70. Disconnect J5 connector from RH body controller

71. Disconnect J4 connector from RH body controller

72. Disconnect J12 connector from RH body controller

73. Disconnect seat connector from RH body controller

74. Disconnect connector from the right body harness

75. Fold RH front main cabin carpet aside for access

76. Release harness clip from RH body controller

77. Disconnect connectors from harness clip at RH lower A-pillar area

78. Disconnect DCDC positive cable from right body harness

    1x connector, 1x clip. Pull up the red locking tab and then press

    

79. Release the LH front seat harness from sill trim clips (x5).
80. Disconnect LH harness connectors around RH lower B-pillar area

81. Remove fixed harness connector bracket from RH b pillar area

    1x connector bracket

    

82. Remove bolt securing RH retractor to base of B-pillar
    注

    1x patch bolt, 15mm, 40 Nm, Discard patch bolt

    

83. Disconnect harness connectors from RH retractor
    注

    2x connectors, 2 stage locking connectors, Lift the red tab to release the connector Disconnect connector after removing retractor from B-pillar

    

    

    

84. Remove RH B-pillar impact accelerometer sensor
    注

    1x connector

    

    

85. Disconnect RH body wiring harness and RH rear door wiring harness connectors from RH B-pillar area
    注

    1x connector

    

    

86. Remove RH body harness clips from B-pillar area
    注

    3x clips

    

87. Remove clip securing RH rear carpet of vehicle to body
    注

    1x clip

    

88. Remove RH body harness ground strap around lower B-pillar
    注

    1x bolt, 10mm, 10 Nm

    

89. Release RH body harness clips along RH front sill area
    注

    1x clip

    

90. Remove RH B-pillar applique fasteners cover
    注

    4x clips, 1x tab, Release upper clips first, then slide tab out of body

    

    

91. Remove bolts securing RH B-pillar applique to body
    注

    2x bolts, 8mm, 5 Nm

    

92. Release RH B-pillar applique from vehicle
    注

    1x clip, 2x tabs, Release the bottom of the applique and slide the applique downward to remove, Use caution not to damage the connectors

    

    

    

93. Disconnect B-pillar camera and RH antenna connector
    注

    2x connectors, Release red locking tab first before removing connector

    

    

94. Release RH upper B-pillar bracket form body
    注

    2x bolts 10mm2.5 Nm

    

95. Remove the RH body harness clips from B-pillar area
    注

    7x clips

    

    

    

96. Disconnect RH body harness to the TCU connector
    注

    2x connector

    

97. Disconnect HVC logic connector and install logic cap
    注

    1x connector, 1x cap, Release locking tab then push the handle downward to release connector

    

    

    

98. Release positive LV output cover from PCS cable
    注

    1x cover

    

    

99. Remove nut securing positive LV output from PCS cable and move cable aside
    注

    1x nut, 13mm, 15 Nm, Discard after removal

    

100. Disconnect 40 seat back heater harness
     注

     1x connector

     

101. Disconnect RH rear seat belt buckle connector
     注

     1x connector

     

102. Remove clip securing RH rear seatbelt buckle harness to vehicle body
     注

     2x clips

     

103. Remove RH body harness clips around lower C-pillar area

104. Disconnect RH 2nd row seat belt retractor connector
     注

     1x connector, 2 stage locking connectors, Lift the red tab to release the connector

     

     

105. Disconnect harness connector for RH side curtain airbag
     注

     1x connector, 2 stage locking connectors, Lift the white tab to release the connector

     

     

106. Disconnect RH antenna filter harness connector
     注

     1x connector. Gently disconnect the harness. Do not damage the heater grid

     

107. Release the trunk harness connectors under package tray area
     注

     2x connectors

     

108. Release trunk harness connectors bracket under package tray area
     注

     2x connector bracket

     

     

109. Disconnect LH and RH parcel shelf speaker connectors
     注

     2x connector

     

     

110. Remove the RH body harness clips around the upper C-pillar area
     注

     10x clips

     

     

111. Disconnect RH power strut connector
     注

     1x connector

     

     

112. Remove ground strap of body harness in RH area of the trunk
     注

     1x bolt, 10mm, 10 Nm

     

113. Remove RH body harness clips around RH side of trunk area
     注

     1x connector bracket3x harness clips

     

114. Disconnect connector from RH rear audio amplifier
     注

     3x connectors

     

115. Remove wheel chocks

     

116. Push vehicle onto lift

     5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm
119. Raise vehicle partially and lower lift onto locks
     注

     Set vehicle to a comfortable working height, Make sure there's an audible click of the locks on both sides before lowering, otherwise vehicle may tilt to the side
120. Remove RH rear wheel
     注

     5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm
121. Remove clips securing the RH rear wheel liner to body
     注

     8x push clips, 7x fan clips

     

122. Remove RH rear wheel liner

     

     

123. Disconnect RH side subframe harness connector
     注

     1x connector, Release locking tab

     

     

124. Disconnect RH rear EBP harness from rear main body harness
     注

     1x connector, Release locking tab

     

     

125. Remove RH body harness clips around RH subwoofer area
     注

     2x harness clips2x connector bracket

     

126. Lower vehicle partially and set lift onto locks
     注

     Raise lift off locks, then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered, Set vehicle to comfortable working height
127. Push grommet through RH side trunk bulkhead and feed harness through

     1x grommet, Bulkhead around rear portion RH wheel liner area

     

     

128. Remove RH body wiring harness from vehicle

     

129. Position RH body harness to vehicle for installation

     Layout the position and direction of the new wiring harness on the vehicle for installation

     

     

     

     

130. Push rear subframe portion of RH body harness through RH side trunk bulkhead

     Check if the seal is in place after installation

     

     

131. Install RH body harness clips around RH subwoofer area

134. Raise the vehicle to a comfortable working height, and lower the lift onto locks.

160. Remove logic cap and connect HVC logic connector

161. Install the RH body harness clips to B-pillar area

162. Connect RH body harness to TCU connector

163. Secure RH upper B-pillar bracket to body

164. Install the RH body harness ground strap around lower B-pillar

166. Secure RH B-pillar applique to vehicle

167. Install bolts securing RH B-pillar applique to body

168. Install RH B-pillar applique fasteners cover

     4x clips, 1x tab, Slide tab into body first, then engage clips

     

     

169. Install clip securing the RH rear main carpet to vehicle

170. Install RH body harness clips from B-pillar area

171. Connect RH body harness connector to RH rear door harness connector B-pillar area

175. Install harness retaining bracket to RH B pillar body

176. Connect the LH harness connectors around RH lower B-pillar area

     3x connectors， Connect the connector and push in the red locking tab

     

     

177. Install RH body harness clips along RH front sill area
     注

     1x clip

     

178. Install clips securing LH seat harness to sill trim
     注

     5x clips, Tuck excess harness between harness bracket and body
179. Connect connectors from harness clip at RH lower A-pillar area

180. Secure harness clip to RH body controller

181. Connect connector to the right body harness

182. Unfold RH front main cabin carpet back to original position

193. Instal harness connectors on left side of car computer

     3x connectors. Install the plug in place and lock the locking tab

     

194. Install harness clips from left of car computer

197. Connect RH trunk task light connector

     4x clips, Align striker with center slot then 2 locators to slots then press to secure clips, Manipulate seal to overlap trim

203. Install package tray

     5x tabs, 3 at the rear of panel and 2 on the sides, Slide towards rear of vehicle to install

     

     

     

204. Connect package tray harness connector to RH body harness

206. Install rear headliner to body

     4x clips, 2x locator pins,Align the locating pin of the roof liner with the slot, and then push in the direction of the arrow to install the clip, ensuring that the seal overlaps with the trim

     

     

     

     

207. Install LH coat hook screw

     1x screw, T25, 2.5 Nm

     

208. Close LH coat hook screw cover

209. Install tether hook onto LH side rail assembly

     2x tether hooks, Install new tether hook

     

210. Install LH side rail assembly

     4x clips, 2x locations, 2x tether hooks, Align the clips from bottom to top then press clips from top to bottom, Align the seal to sit on top of the trim

     3x clips,3x locator pins, Lower the seat belt slider to align it with the B-pillar panel, align the locating pin of the B-pillar upper trim panel with the slot, push in the direction of the arrow to install the clips after aligning them, Make sure the seal sits overlapping the trim

     注

     First push the connector and wire harness backward, then fold sun visor to the closed and folded down position but do not latch in place

     

     

225. Install RH sun visor fastener
     注

     1x screw, T25, 3.5 Nm

     

226. Install RH sun visor bracket cover
     注

     4x tabs

     

227. Install RH coat hook screw
     注

     1x screw, T25, 2.5 Nm

     

228. Close RH coat hook screw cover
     注

     2x clips

     

229. Push RH coat hook closed

     

230. Install the RH upper B-pillar
     注

     3x clips,3x locator pins,Lower the seat belt slider to align it with the B-pillar panel, align the locating pin of the B-pillar upper trim panel with the slot, push in the direction of the arrow to install the clips after aligning them, Make sure the seal sits overlapping the trim

     

     

     

     

     

231. Install RH middle B-pillar assembly
     注

     5x clips, 3x locator clips,Align the locator clips to slot, Then push in the direction of the arrow to install the clips after aligning them, Make sure the seal sits overlapping the trim

     

     

     

     

232. Install RH lower B-pillar assembly
     注

     7x clips, 5x locator clips,Align the locator clips to slot, Then push in the direction of the arrow to install the clips after aligning them, Make sure the seal sits overlapping the trim

     

     

     

     

233. Install RH C pillar assembly to body
     注

     3x clips, 3x tabs, Slide the back tabs into package tray then align clips

     

234. Install tether hook onto RH side rail assembly
     注

     2x tether hooks, Install new tether hook

     

235. Install RH side rail assembly
     注

     4x clips, 2x locations, 2x tether hooks, Align the clips from bottom to top then press clips from top to bottom, Align the seal to sit on top of the trim

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

236. Install bolster plastic bracket to RH side bolster
     注

     2x tabs, Install new bolster bracket

     

     

     

237. Install RH side bolster
     注

     1x locator clip, 3x guide tabs, Align the bottom and side tabs then push inward to install

     

     

238. Return 2nd row 40 seatback to vertical position

     

239. Connect 2nd row seat harness and secure cushion
     注

     2x clips, 2x connectors, Insert buckles through holes, Slide rear inward then align front clips, Perform push-pull-push test

     

     

     

240. Install RH lower A-pillar trim
     注

     4x clips, 2x guide tabs, Align the 2 front tabs then align the slot with harness bracket and then push rear clip to secure to lower B-pillar, Fully seat seal along trim

     

     

241. Install clip for RH lower A-pillar trim
     注

     1x push clip

     

242. Install RH passenger footwell duct to HVAC module

     

     

243. Connect glove box assembly connectors
     注

     2x connectors

     

     

244. Install glove box into IP carrier
     注

     10x clips, 3x locator pin, 1x datum

     

     

245. Install screws securing glove box assembly to IP carrier
     注

     4x screws, T20, 2.3 Nm

     

     

     

246. Connect glove box USB cable to car computer
     注

     1x connector, Engage locking tab

     

247. Install clips securing passenger footwell duct
     注

     2x push clips

     

248. Connect RH footwell cover connectors
     注

     3x connectors

     

     

249. Install RH footwell cover
     注

     5x clips, 1x guide tab

     

250. Install RH IP end cap
     注

     5x clips, 2x guide tabs

     

     

251. Connect the LV battery power. See 低压电池 - 锂离子（断开和连接） (Modify).
252. Close trunk via interior switch

     

     

253. Hold brake pedal and select park on UI to disable EPB service mode

     

     

254. Remove wheel chocks

     

255. Raise all windows

     

256. Close all four doors
