拆卸

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. See 举升车辆 - 双柱举升机.
  2. Remove the rear underhood apron. See 后裙板总成 - 后 ((拆卸和更换)).
  3. Disconnect the LV power. See 低压电池 - 锂离子（断开和连接）.
  4. Remove the cabin intake duct. See 新风槽总成 - HVAC ((拆卸和更换)).
  5. Remove the front aero shield panel. See 流线型护板 - 前底板 ((拆卸和更换)).
  6. Remove the push clips (x3) and bolt that attaches the RH front wheel arch liner to the skid plate.
  7. Use a bungee strap to pull back the RH front wheel arch liner and secure it to the subframe.
  8. Position a coolant drain container underneath the RH front of the HV battery.
  9. Release the clip, disconnect the powertrain return hose from the front drive unit inverter inlet hose, and then immediately plug both fittings.
  10. Position a coolant drain container underneath the LH rear of the front drive unit.
  11. Release the clip, disconnect the front drive unit inverter inlet hose from the front drive unit, and then immediately plug both fittings.
  12. Use a clip prytool to release the clip that attaches the front drive unit inverter inlet hose to the front subframe.
  13. Use a clip prytool to release the clip that attaches the front drive unit inverter inlet hose to the front drive unit.
  14. Remove the front drive unit inverter inlet hose.

安装

  1. Install the clip that attaches the front drive unit inverter inlet hose to the front drive unit.
  2. Install the clip that attaches the front drive unit inverter inlet hose to the front subframe.
  3. Remove the plugs from the fittings, immediately connect the front drive unit inverter inlet hose to the front drive unit inverter, fasten the clip, and then perform a Push-Pull-Push check of the fitting.
  4. Remove the plugs from the fittings, immediately connect the front drive unit inverter inlet hose to the powertrain return hose, fasten the clip, and then perform a Push-Pull-Push check of the fitting.
  5. Remove the coolant drain collector from under the vehicle.
  6. Remove the bungee strap from the RH front wheel arch liner.
  7. Install the push clips (x3) and bolt that attaches the RH front wheel arch liner to the skid plate.
  8. Install the front aero shield panel. See 流线型护板 - 前底板 ((拆卸和更换)).
  9. Connect LV power. See 低压电池 - 锂离子（断开和连接）.
  10. Perform the cooling system (partial refill and bleed) procedure. See 冷却系统（部分充注和排气） (Modify).
  11. Install the rear underhood apron. See 后裙板总成 - 后 ((拆卸和更换)).
  12. Remove the vehicle from the 2 post lift. See 举升车辆 - 双柱举升机.
