拆卸

  1. Place the vehicle on the 2-post lift.

    Ensure the vehicle is not charging.
  2. Open the LH front door and lower the LH front window.
  3. Disconnect the LV battery power. See 低压电池 - 锂离子（断开和连接） (Modify).
  4. Remove the rear fascia. See Fascia Assembly - Rear ((拆卸和安装)) ((拆卸和安装)).
  5. Remove LH and RH rear wheels. See 轮毂总成（拆卸和安装）.
  6. Disconnect LH rear wheel speed harness.
  7. Disconnect RH rear wheel speed sensor connector.
  8. Remove RH side subframe harness clip from body.
  9. Release oil pump connector.

    Note
    Do not push down on red tab, pull red tab to disengage lock and pull again to release connector.
  10. Release RDU logic connection.

    Note
    Do not get coolant ingress into this connector, move aside as needed.
  11. Release RDU logic connection clip.
  12. Use the Small flat head screwdriver and the lip tool to release resolver connection (X1) and clips (X2).

    Move aside harness branch as needed.
  13. Release clips (X4) securing subframe harness to top of rear subframe.
  14. Use the clip tool to release clips (X2) securing subframe harness to left and right of subframe.
  15. Remove harness from subframe assembly.

    Note
    Take out the harness from the gap between the RDU and the subframe and take out the harness from left to right.

安装

  1. Place the front subframe harness to the front subframe, and then secure the front subframe harness clips (x2) along left and right of subframe.
  2. Install clips (X4) securing subframe harness to top of rear subframe.
  3. Secure the resolver connection (X1) and clips (X2).

    Move aside harness branch as needed.
  4. Secure oil pump connector.
  5. Secure RDU logic connection.

    Do not get coolant ingress into this connector, move aside as needed.
  6. Secure RDU logic connection clip.
  7. Install RH side subframe harness clip from body.
  8. Connect RH rear wheel speed sensor connector.
  9. Connect LH rear wheel speed harness.
  10. Install the rear fascia. See Fascia Assembly - Rear ((拆卸和安装)) ((拆卸和安装)).
  11. Install LH and RH rear wheels. See 轮毂总成（拆卸和安装）.
  12. Connect the LV battery power. See 低压电池 - 锂离子（断开和连接） (Modify).
  13. Raise the LH front window and close the LH front door.
  14. Remove the lift arms from below the vehicle.
