  1. Function check LH front door (exterior)

  2. Function check LH front door (interior)

    Inspect and note functionality for the interior door release, puddle lamps, and manual release cable, From inside look for interference with other components, noises such as creaks, groans and clicks, pauses or incomplete actions
  3. Function check all windows from master switch

    Document any abnormal operation/noises
  4. Function check wipers and spray jets

    Ensure hood and doors are closed prior to activating wipers, Inspect and note functionality for wipers and wiper jets, Check for full range of motion, speed of motion, interference with other components, noises such as creaks, groans and clicks, pauses or incomplete actions
  5. Function check all driver controls

  6. Function check steering column through UI

    Move the column to its extreme position in each direction using steering wheel buttons, Return to original position
  7. Function check the exterior lights

  20. Close hood
  21. Raise and support vehicle

  22. Raise vehicle partially and lower lift onto locks

    Set vehicle to comfortable working height, Make sure there's an audible click of the locks on both sides before lowering, Otherwise vehicle may tilt to the side
  23. Check all four tire pressures manually

    4x tires, 4x caps, Set to specification if necessary, Refer to the "Tire and Loading Information" label located on the driver side B-pillar, Inspect wheels and tires for any bulges or damage while checking/setting pressures
  24. Record tread depth for LH front tire

    Measure and record the outer, center, and inner tread depths, Measure the circumferential tire grooves only, Do not place the tire tread gauge probe on the molded treadwear indicators, Recommend replacement if tread depth is 4/32in (3mm) or less

  37. Remove bolts securing front aero shield

  38. Remove front aero shield from studs

  39. Remove rear aero shield clips

    2x clips, One clip on LH side wheel liner, One clip on RH side wheel liner
  40. Remove rear aero shield

    11x bolts, 10mm, 5 Nm
  41. Remove LH rear suspension cover

    1x bolt, 10mm, 6 Nm, 2x tabs
  42. Remove RH rear suspension cover

  43. Perform visual inspection of HV battery enclosure

    Check for any dents, scrapes, or other damage
  44. Inspect underside of vehicle for fluid leaks
  45. Perform inspection of steering components

    Check steering gear joints, fasteners, and electrical connections, Verify components are not bent or damaged
  46. Perform inspection of front suspension components

    Check conditions of ball joints and bushings, etc, Inspect for any loose fasteners, Carefully apply pressure with a pry bar as needed

  48. Install RH rear suspension cover

  50. Install rear aero shield

    11x bolts, 10mm, 5 Nm, Apply Loctite 222 onto rear aero shield bolts before installing
  51. Install rear aero shield

    2x clips, One clip on LH side wheel liner, One clip on RH side wheel liner
  52. Position front aero shield onto vehicle and secure with two nuts

    2x nuts, 15mm, 8 Nm, Hand-tighten the nuts to temporarily hold the panel in place
  53. Install front aero shield bolts

    7x bolts, 10mm, 5 Nm, Apply Loctite 222 onto bolts before installing
  54. Lower vehicle until tires are touching ground

    Raise lift off locks, then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered
  55. Raise all four windows
  56. Close all four doors
  57. Perform a road test using a series of ABS-active stops and ensure proper brake pedal feel and performance

    The vehicle must stop completely within 25 feet (7.6 meters) at 20 mph (32 kph), Confirm that no excessive vibration or noise is present
  58. Inspect vehicles alignment

    Confirm steering wheel is straight and no vibrations or noises are felt or heard from the suspension, On a flat road, at 35 mph (56 kph), the vehicle does not pull in either direction
