拆卸

  1. 拆下顶篷。请参阅 Headliner (Remove and Install)。
  2. 拆下 LH 后门槛饰板。请参阅Trim - Sill Panel - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace)。
  3. 拆下左侧前门框硬盖板饰板。请参阅Racetrack Trim - Front - LH (Remove and Replace)。
  4. 拆下左侧后门框硬盖板饰板。请参阅Racetrack Trim - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace)。
  5. 拆下左侧上门框硬盖板饰板。请参阅Racetrack Trim - Upper - LH (Remove and Replace)。
  6. 拆下左后车门饰板下部装饰件。请参阅 Garnish - Lower - Door Trim - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace)
  7. 拆下左后车门上部饰板。请参阅 Panel - Door Trim - Rear - Upper - LH (Remove & Replace)
  8. 拆下左侧后车门后上部饰板支架。请参阅Bracket - Rear Door Trim - Upper - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace)。
  9. 拆下左侧前车门前上部饰板支架。请参阅Bracket - Rear Door Trim - Upper - Front - LH (Remove and Replace)。
  10. 拆下左侧后车门中心饰板支架。请参阅Bracket - Rear Door Trim - Center - LH (Remove and Replace)。
  11. 拆下左侧后车门中部饰板间隙隔板。请参阅Gap Hider - Door Trim - LH - Rear - Mid (Remove and Replace)。
  12. 拆下 LH 后车门上部玻璃。请参阅Door Glass Assembly - Rear - Upper - LH (Remove and Replace)。
  13. 断开 LH 和 RH EM 控制器连接器 (x4)，然后从闭合板上松开连接器。

  16. 松开闭合板上的夹子 (x5)，然后从车上拆下闭合板。
  17. 断开 LH 后车门电源支柱线束连接器 (x2)
  18. 拆下将 LH 铰链饰板盖固定到铰链总成的螺栓，然后松开夹子 (x2) 以将此盖从总成上拆下。
    5 Nm (3.7 lbs-ft)

  19. 断开 LH 后车门电源支柱线束连接器 (x2)，松开夹子 (x5)，去掉丁基粘贴片，然后从车上拆下支柱线束。

安装

  1. 检查丁基粘贴片的状况，如需要请更换。

    粘贴片测量尺寸应为 60 毫米 x 50 毫米。
  2. 将 LH 后车门电源支柱线束放入车内，连接连接器 (x2)，然后安装夹子 (x5) 和丁基粘贴片。
