1. Open LH front door
2. Lower LH front window
3. Open charge port door using UI
   注

   Control > Charging > Open Charge Port
4. Open hood
   注

   Via center display > Controls > Frunk Open
5. Power off vehicle via center display
   注

   Controls > Safety & Security > Power Off
6. Remove rear underhood apron
   注

   11x clips, 2x datums

   

   

7. Disconnect LV battery connector and First Responder Loop
   注

   2x connectors, Lift up and release green locking tab, Pull black connector lock outwards to release connection, Release red lock tab on FRL

   

   

   

8. Remove charge port door
   注

   The bolts are different lengths. Note the install location of each bolt.

   注

   2x bolts, T10, 2 Nm

   

   

   

   

   

9. Install charge port door
   注

   Install the long bolt first, and then install the short bolt.

   注

   2x bolts, T10, 2 Nm

   

   

   

   

   

   

10. Connect First Responder Loop and LV battery connector
    注

    2x connectors, Secure FRL first, Seat LV battery connection and push black connector lock inwards to secure, Engage upper locking tab when fully seated

    

    

11. Install rear underhood apron
    注

    11x clips, 2x datums

    

    

12. Close hood
13. Calibrate RH falcon wing door
    注

    Hold the upper B-pillar button in the down position to manually calibrate

    

    

14. Calibrate LH falcon wing door
    注

    Hold the upper B-pillar button in the down position to manually calibrate

    

    

15. Close charge port door using UI
    注

    Control > Charging > Close Charge Port
16. Raise LH front window
17. Close LH front door
