拆卸

  1. 打开右前车门。
  2. 降下右前车窗。
  3. 将副驾位座椅移至最后端。
  4. 拆下前备箱后部挡板。请参阅Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and Replace)。
  5. 断开低压电源。请参阅LV Power (Disconnect and Connect)。
  6. 拆下仪表板右侧端盖。请参阅End Cap - Instrument Panel - LH (Remove and Replace)。
  7. 拆下右侧 A 柱中部饰板。请参阅Trim - A-Pillar - Middle - LH (Remove and Replace)。
  8. 拆下右前门槛饰板。请参阅Trim - Sill Panel - Front - LH (Remove and Replace)。
  9. 拆下右侧 A 柱下饰板。请参阅Trim - A-Pillar - Lower - LH (Remove and Replace)。
  10. 将中控台手机托盘总成从中控台上拆下。但请勿将感应式充电器从手机托盘上拆下。请参阅Phone Dock - Center Console (Remove and Replace)。
  11. 将仪表板维修面板总成从中控台上拆下。但请勿将驾驶室温度传感器风扇从维修面板上拆下。请参阅Service Panel - Instrument Panel (Remove and Replace)。
  12. 拆下触摸屏。请参阅GUID-8E7CCEAA-71CB-4A15-AEF5-723A903E7A30.html。
  13. 松开将仪表板封闭板固定到仪表板的锁片（4 个），然后将封闭板从仪表板上拆下。
  14. 拆下仪表板右侧中部饰板。请参阅Trim - Middle - Instrument Panel - RH (Remove and Replace)。
  15. 拆下副驾位脚垫。
  16. 拆下副驾位脚部空间盖板。请参阅Cover - Footwell - Passenger (Remove and Replace)。
  17. 拆下中控台右侧面板处地毯。请参阅Carpet - Side Panel - Center Console - LH (Remove and Replace)。
  18. 拆下副驾位膝部气囊总成。将膝部气囊总成从仪表板上拆下后，请勿拆下总成上的部件。请参阅Knee Airbag - Front Passenger (Remove and Replace)。
  19. 拆下手套箱。请参阅Glove Box (Remove and Replace)。
  20. 拆下副驾位仪表板风管。请参阅Duct - Instrument Panel - Front Passenger (Remove and Replace)。
  21. 断开副驾位安全气囊电气连接器（3 个）。

  22. 拆下并弃用将副驾位安全气囊固定到仪表板次总成的螺栓（6 个），然后将气囊从车辆上拆下。

安装

  1. 将副驾位安全气囊放置到车辆上，然后安装新的螺栓（6 个），将气囊固定到仪表板次总成上。
    8 Nm (5.9 lbs-ft)

  2. 连接副驾位安全气囊电气连接器（3 个）。
  3. 安装副驾位仪表板风管。请参阅Duct - Instrument Panel - Front Passenger (Remove and Replace)。
  4. 安装手套箱。请参阅Glove Box (Remove and Replace)。
  5. 安装副驾位膝部气囊。请参阅Knee Airbag - Front Passenger (Remove and Replace)。
  6. 安装副驾位脚部空间盖板。请参阅Cover - Footwell - Passenger (Remove and Replace)。
  7. 安装副驾位脚垫。
  8. 安装右侧仪表板中部饰板。请参阅Trim - Middle - Instrument Panel - RH (Remove and Replace)。
  9. 紧固用于固定仪表板封闭板的锁片（4 个）。
