拆卸

  1. Open the LH front door.
  2. Lower the LH front window.
  3. Raise and support the vehicle.
  4. Open the hood.
  5. Remove the rear underhood apron.
  6. Remove the RH underhood apron.
  7. Remove the LH underhood apron.
  8. Remove the front underhood apron.
  9. Remove the underhood storage unit access panel.
  10. Remove the underhood storage unit carpet.
  11. Remove the underhood storage unit from the vehicle.
  12. Disconnect active noise cancellation harness connector from frunk harness

    1x connector, Release locking tab, 1x harness clip, Release clip securing active noise cancellation harness connector onto body
  13. Remove the LH front wheel center cap.
  14. Loosen LH front wheel

    5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm
  15. Raise vehicle partially and lower onto locks

    Set vehicle to comfortable working height, Make sure there's an audible click of the locks on both sides before lowering, otherwise vehicle may tilt to the side
  16. Remove the LH front wheel.
  17. Release clips securing active noise cancellation harness onto bracket

    2x harness clip
  18. Disconnect active noise cancellation harness connector from sensor and remove harness from vehicle

    1x connect, Release locking tab
  19. Raise the LH front window.
  20. Close the LH front door.

安装

  1. Connect active noise cancellation harness onto sensor

  2. Position active noise cancellation harness into place

    Ensure the harness is routed above the lower links and below the tie rod and halfshaft
  3. Install clips securing active noise cancellation harness onto bracket

    2x harness clip
  4. Install the LH front wheel.
  5. Lower vehicle until tires are touching ground

    Raise lift off locks, then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered
  6. Torque the LH front wheel lug nuts.
  7. Install the LH front wheel center cap.
  8. Connect active noise cancellation harness connector to frunk harness

    1x connector, Secure locking tab, 1x harness clip, Install clip securing active noise cancellation harness connector onto body
  9. Install the underhood storage unit.
  10. Install the underhood storage unit carpet.
  11. Install the underhood storage unit access panel.
  12. Install the front underhood apron.
  13. Install the LH underhood apron.
  14. Install the RH underhood apron.
  15. Install the rear underhood apron.
  16. Close the hood.
  17. Lower and remove the vehicle from the lift.
