拆卸

  1. Open the LH front door.
  2. Lower both front windows.
  3. Set air suspension ride height to “Very High”
    注
    Via center display > Controls > Suspension > ''Very High''
  4. Open the hood.
  5. Open liftgate
  6. Power off the vehicle using the touchscreen.
  7. Remove the rear underhood apron.
  8. Disconnect the LV battery connector and First Responder Loop.
  9. Remove RH liftgate stop from vehicle

    1x bump stop
  10. Remove LH liftgate stop from vehicle
    注
    1x bump stop
  11. Remove bolt securing LH top of fascia to bracket
    注
    1x bolts, 10mm, 4 Nm, Lift up on the outer section where upper trough and lower trough meet, Be cautious not to remove double sided tape, This will allow access to the bolt without fully removing trim
  12. Remove bolt securing RH top of fascia to bracket
    注
    1x bolts, 10mm, 4 Nm, Lift up on the outer section where upper trough and lower trough meet, Be cautious not to remove double sided tape, This will allow access to the bolt without fully removing trim
  13. Remove clip and bolts securing RH rear fender garnish and arch liner
    注
    2x push clips, 2x bolts, 10mm, 5 Nm
  14. Partially release RH rear fender garnish from rear fascia
    注
    3x clips, 7 tabs
  15. Remove screw securing RH rear fascia to quarter panel
    注
    1x screw, T25, 1.5 Nm
  16. Remove clips and bolts securing LH rear fender garnish and arch liner
    注
    2x push clips, 2x bolts, 10mm, 5 Nm
  17. Partially release LH rear fender garnish from rear fascia
    注
    3x clips, 7 tabs
  18. Remove screw securing LH rear fascia to quarter panel
    注
    1x screw, T25, 1.5 Nm
  19. Remove fasteners securing rear diffuser to rear fascia
    注
    6x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm, 2x clips
  20. Remove bolts securing rear lower valence to body
    注
    4x bolts, 10mm, 3 Nm
  21. Apply masking tape to protect RH rear quarter panel
  22. Apply masking tape to protect LH rear quarter panel
  23. Remove rear fascia from vehicle
    注
    2x connectors, 24x tabs, 1st release LH and RH fascia edges from fender brackets, 2nd Pull fascia rearward to detach from vehicle, 3rd reach in and disconnect both BLE connectors before setting fascia on the bench, Recommended assistance, Place on protected surface
  24. Disconnect trailer hitch ECU
    注
    2x connectors, 1st release yellow connector tab, 2nd simultaneously pull tab up and connector outwards
  25. Remove trailer hitch ECU
    注
    1x bolt, 10mm, 6 Nm

安装

  1. Install trailer hitch ECU
    注
    1x bolt, 10mm, 6 Nm
  2. Connect trailer hitch ECU
    注
    2x connectors
  3. Install rear fascia onto vehicle
    注
    2x connectors, 24x tabs, Secure BLE connectors first then secure fascia onto vehicle, Recommended assistance
  4. Remove masking tape from LH rear quarter panel
  5. Remove masking tape from RH rear quarter panel
  6. Install rear lower diffuser bolts to body
    注
    4x bolts, 10mm, 3 Nm
  7. Apply Loctite 222 to fasteners and secure rear lower valence onto rear fascia
    注
    6x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm, 2x clips
  8. Install screw securing RH rear fascia to quarter panel
    注
    1x screw, T25, 1.5 Nm
  9. Install RH rear fender garnish onto rear fascia
    注
    3x clips, 7 tabs
  10. Install clip securing RH rear fender garnish and arch liner
    注
    2x push clips, 2x bolts, 10mm, 5 Nm
  11. Install screw securing LH rear fascia to quarter panel
    注
    1x screw, T25, 1.5 Nm
  12. Install LH rear fender garnish onto rear fascia
    注
    3x clips, 7 tabs
  13. Install clip securing LH rear fender garnish and arch liner
    注
    4x push clips, 2x bolts, 10mm, 5 Nm
  14. Install bolt securing LH top of fascia to bracket
    注
    1x bolts, 10mm, 4 Nm
  15. Install bolt securing RH top of fascia to bracket
    注
    1x bolts, 10mm, 4 Nm
  16. Install LH and RH sides of rear fascia trough
    注
    Verify trim is flush to rear fascia and body
  17. Install RH liftgate stop from vehicle
    注
    1x bump stop
  18. Install LH liftgate stop onto vehicle
    注
    1x bump stop
  19. Connect the First Responder Loop and LV battery connector.
  20. Close liftgate
  21. Install the rear underhood apron.
  22. Close the hood.
  23. Calibrate the RH falcon wing door.
  24. Calibrate the LH falcon wing door.
  25. Press brake pedal to turn on drive rails
  26. Turn steering wheel back to center
  27. Set air suspension ride height to "Standard"

    Using center display > Suspension > ''Standard''
  28. Raise both front windows.
  29. Close the LH front door.
