1. Open LH front door
   참고

   Push LH B-pillar door trigger to release
2. Lower LH front window
3. Raise and support vehicle
   참고

   Set air suspension to "Jack Mode"
4. Remove LH front wheel cap
   참고

   1x cap, 8x clips, Use both hands to firmly pull wheel cap to release clips, Cap may remove with or without mounting ring attached

   

   

   

   

5. Loosen LH front wheel nuts
   참고

   6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm

   

6. Raise vehicle fully
   참고

   Set to a comfortable working height, Lower to locks, Ensure locks engage on both sides to prevent tilting
7. Remove LH front wheel
   참고

   6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm

   

8. Remove LH front brake hose bracket
   참고

   1x bolt, 10mm, 10 Nm

   

9. Remove LH front caliper and set aside
   참고

   2x bolts, 24mm, 315 Nm, Rotor will be loose until caliper is installed, Use lug nut to secure rotor as needed

   

   

   

10. Remove LH front brake rotor

    

11. Disconnect LH front wheel speed sensor connector
    참고

    1x connector

    

    

12. Remove clips securing LH front chassis jumper harness to knuckle
    참고

    2x clips

    

13. Position and raise pole jack onto LH front lower control arm

    

14. Release LH front knuckle from lower control arm
    참고

    1x nut, 24mm, 190 Nm, Pull knuckle downwards and outwards

    

    

    

15. Remove nut securing LH tie rod end to knuckle
    참고

    1x nut, 21mm, 170 Nm

    

16. Remove LH tie rod end from knuckle

    

17. Remove LH front knuckle
    참고

    Recommend assistance, 1x nut, 18mm, 85 Nm, Use step ladder as needed, the upper control arm is under tension, use caution when removing nut

    

    

18. Install LH front knuckle

    Recommend assistance, 1x nut, 18mm, 85 Nm, Use step ladder as needed,

    

    

19. Position LH tie rod end onto knuckle

    

20. Install nut securing LH tie rod end to knuckle
    참고

    1x nut, 21mm, 170 Nm

    

21. Secure LH front knuckle onto lower control arm
    참고

    1x nut, 24mm, 190 Nm, Pull knuckle downwards and inwards, Align with lower arm ball joint

    

    

    

22. Lower and remove pole jack from LH front lower control arm

    

23. Install clips securing LH front chassis jumper harness to knuckle

    2x clips

    

24. Connect LH front wheel speed sensor connector
    참고

    1x connector

    

    

25. Install LH front brake rotor
    참고

    Rotor will be loose until caliper is installed

    

26. Install LH front caliper
    참고

    2x bolts, 24mm, 315 Nm, Rotor will be loose until caliper is installed, Use lug nut to secure rotor as needed

    

    

27. Install LH front brake hose bracket
    참고

    1x bolt, 10mm, 10 Nm

    

28. Install LH front wheel
    참고

    6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm

    

29. Lower vehicle until tires are touching the ground
    참고

    Raise lift off locks, then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered
30. Torque LH front wheel nuts
    참고

    6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm, Use star pattern

    

31. Install LH front wheel cap
    참고

    1x cap, 8x clips, Partially secure wheel cap to wheel, While partially installed wheel cover can be rotated to align with tire design, When aligned press inward from center of cap then secure all clips to mounting ring

    

    

    

32. Remove vehicle from lift
    참고

    Lower rack arms fully and remove them from under vehicle, Remove air suspension from "Jack Mode"
33. Raise LH front window
34. Close LH front door
