7. Move LH front seat forward

   

8. Release LH front seat belt from pretensioner

   Unlock the linkage by rotating the lock screw counterclockwiseA light audible click will be heard, and the screw should remain horizontalDo not rotate clockwise to avoid damage to the mechanism

   

   

   

9. Remove RH front floor mat

   

   

   

10. Remove RH mid A-pillar trim

    1x clip, 3x tabs, Release tabs then slightly bend live hinge and release clip

    

    

    

11. Remove RH lower A-pillar trim

    7x clips, 3x datums, 2x tabs, Release sill plate, Pull rearward then upward

    

    

    

12. Move RH front seat forward

    

13. Release RH front seat belt from pretensioner

14. Fold up 2nd row 60 seat

    Pull tether to release then lift up until locked in place

    

15. Remove bolts securing rear of LH front seat tracks to the floor panel

    2x patch bolts, T45P, 34 Nm, Discard after removal

    

16. Fold up 2nd row 40 seat

    Pull tether to release then lift up until locked in place

    

    

17. Remove bolts securing rear of RH front seat tracks to the floor panel

    2x patch bolts, T45P, 34 Nm, Discard after removal

    

18. Adjust steering column fully forward and fully up in height level
    참고

    Via UI > Controls > Steering , Use left steering wheel scroll wheel to adjust steering column

    

    

    

19. Move LH front seat backward

    

20. Remove bolts securing front of LH front seat tracks to risers
    참고

    2x patch bolts, T45P, 34 Nm, Discard after removal

    

21. Adjust position of LH front seat for easy removal
    참고

    Move seat to middle of track at most upright position with seat fully up off floor

    

22. Move RH front seat backward

    

23. Remove bolts securing front of RH front seat tracks to risers
    참고

    2x patch bolts, T45P, 34 Nm, Discard after removal

    

24. Adjust position of RH front seat for easy removal
    참고

    Move seat to middle of track at most upright position with seat fully up off floor

    

25. Open powered front trunk
    참고

    Via exterior switch or UI

    

    

26. Remove rear underhood apron

    9x clips

    

    

27. Power down vehicle via UI
    참고

    Verify EPBs are engaged, Select charge port icon to ensure drive state is disengaged then power down vehicle via Controls > Safety > Power Off

    

28. Disconnect FRL connector then disconnect MV battery connector
    참고

    2x connectors, Release locking tab then disconnect FRL connector, Slide eCPA to left then lift lever to release MV battery connector, Early production trucks may have black FRL connector, Release eCPA by pushing down to unlock and slide red locking tab, Wait 2 minutes for electrical circuits to discharge before disconnecting modules

    

    

    

29. Disconnect LH seat

    1x connector, 2 stage locking tab, Release yellow locking tab, then release black lever to disconnect

    

    

    

30. Remove LH front seat from vehicle

    Recommend assistance, Use caution to not damage other components, Lift seat off risers, Rotate sideways and remove out back door opening

    

    

    

    

    

31. Disconnect RH seat

    1x connector, 2 stage locking tab, Release yellow locking tab, then release black lever to disconnect

    

    

    

32. Remove RH front seat from vehicle

43. Remove accelerator pedal side trim

    3x clips, Lift from forward edge then slide over accelerator pedal

    

    

    

44. Fold back LH front cabin carpet

    

45. Remove LH carpet support foam

    Lift up from rear edge

    

46. Release LH MV controller dry side locking cover

    1x bolt, 8mm, 6 Nm, Do not remove locking cover, Loosen until bolt spins freely, Double check that bolt and locking cover are fully released before attempting to release any MV connectors, Plastic Locking CoverUse hand tools on any plastic locking covers, The locking cover may release crooked causing it to get stuck, secure bolt a few turns to loosen the tension then release bolt while assisting plastic locking cover by gently prying on the side that's stuck, Metal Locking CoverYou can use power tools, Quickly disconnecting locking cover helps connectors remove symmetrically, Video uses rear controller for demonstration purposes only

55. Install cabin floor harness

    2x connectors, 5x clips, 2x bolts, 10mm, 10 Nm, Secure connector housings to seat riser crossmembers, Secure locking levers on RCM connectors

    

    

    

56. Install seat riser harness caps to LH and RH inboard risers

    2x covers, Replace any missing or damaged clips

    

    

57. Install center floor lower support bracket
    참고

    4x clips, Replace any missing or damaged clips

    

    

    

58. Connect floor harness connector to right MV controller
    참고

    1x connector, 2x edge clips

    

59. Secure RH MV controller connector locking cover

    1x bolt, 8mm, 6 Nm, Ensure connector housing is secured to locking frame with a push-pull-push test, Ensure connectors are aligned before securing bracket, Secure locking cover bolt by hand initially to prevent thread stripping Plastic Locking Cover Use hand tools on any plastic locking covers, The locking cover may secure crooked causing it to get stuck, release bolt a few turns to loosen the tension then secure bolt while assist plastic locking cover by gently pushing on the side that's stuck, Push connectors while driving the locking cover bolt to ensure correct seating Metal Locking Cover You can use power tools, Slowly drive locking cover, Ensure locking cover and bolt

    

60. Install RH carpet support foam

73. Install LH Lower A-pillar trim

81. Connect LH front seat harness

    1x connector, 2 stage locking tabs, Make connection and engage black lever, then engage yellow locking tab

    

    

    

82. Install RH front seat into vehicle
    참고

    Recommend Assistance, Be cautious not to damage surrounding components while lifting the seat into the vehicle

    

    

    

83. Connect RH front seat harness
    참고

    1x connector, 2 stage locking tabs, Make connection and engage black lever, then engage yellow locking tab

    

    

    

84. Connect FRL connector then connect MV battery connector
    참고

    2x connectors, Connect FRL connector then secure locking tab, Position lever to secure MV battery connector then slide eCPA to right, Early production trucks may have black FRL connector, If power cycling vehicle then ensure at least 60 seconds has passed since powering down

    

    

    

85. Install rear underhood apron
    참고

    9x clips, Adjust windshield seal as required

    

    

86. Close powered front trunk
    참고

    Via exterior switch or UI

    

87. Move LH front seat forward

    

88. Install bolts securing LH front seat rear tracks to vehicle
    참고

    2x patch bolts, T45P, 34 Nm, Install new bolts

    

89. Unfold 2nd row 60 seat

    

    

90. Close LH rear door

    

91. Secure LH front seat belt to pretensioner
    참고

    Ensure the lock screw is in the horizonal position. If it is not, unlock it by following the linkage removal instructions.Slide the linkage onto the pretensioner cable, an audible click will be heard, and the screw should rotate to the locked position. Verify there are no twists in the webbing from the upper trim to the pretensioner. Perform a firm pull test with at least 15 pounds of force.

    

    

    

92. Move LH front seat backward

    

93. Install bolts securing both LH front seat front tracks to vehicle

94. Move LH front seat to original position

    

95. Move RH front seat forward

    

96. Install bolts securing RH front seat rear tracks to vehicle

97. Fold down 2nd row 40 seat

    Pull tether to release then pivot down until locked in place

    

    

98. Close RH rear door

    

99. Secure RH front seat belt to pretensioner
    참고

    Ensure the lock screw is in the horizonal position.
