1. Open tailgate

2. Remove fastener covers from bed floor assembly

3. Remove bed floor assembly
   참고

   10x short bolts, 15mm, 56 Nm, 2x long bolts, 15mm, 46Nm, Lift front edge with trim tool then remove panel, Recommend assistance

   

   

   

   

4. Remove LH sail applique
   참고

   15x clips, 1x connector, 1x harness clip, Lift rear edge first to remove connector and harness clip

   

   

   

   

5. Remove LH upper bed side wall assembly
   참고

   13x clips, Start from rear, Pull from the bottom downwards

   

   

6. Remove LH bed closeout panel
   참고

   6x clips, 1x tab, Release LH tailgate cable by disengaging lock spring from bolt and sliding cable eyelet off to allow removal of bed closeout panel from vehicle

   

   

   

   

7. Remove LH lower bed side wall

   2x bolt, 15mm, 25 Nm, 4x bolts, 10mm, 11 Nm, 4x nuts, 10mm, 10 Nm, 1x connector, 4x L track fastener covers

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

8. Remove RH sail applique

9. Remove RH upper bed side wall assembly
   13x clips, Pull downwards

   

   

10. Remove RH bed closeout panel
    참고

    6x clips, 1x tab, Release RH tailgate cable by disengaging lock spring from bolt and sliding cable eyelet off in order to remove bed closeout panel from vehicle

    

    

    

    

11. Remove RH bed side wall
    참고

    2x bolt, 15mm, 25 Nm, 4x bolts, 10mm, 11 Nm, 4x nuts, 10mm, 10 Nm, 1x connector, 4x L track fastener covers

14. Install RH bed side wall

18. Install LH lower bed side wall

20. Install LH upper bed side wall assembly

    13x clips, Replace any missing or damaged clips, Lift tonneau seal as required

    

    

21. Install LH sail applique

    15x clips, 1x connector, 1x harness clip, Replace any broken clips

    

    

22. Install bed floor assembly
