1. Open all 4 doors

2. Lower all 4 windows

   

3. Manually latch all doors to prevent lockout

   2x connectors, Release locking tab then disconnect FRL connector, Slide eCPA to left then lift lever to release MV battery connector, Early production trucks may have black FRL connector, Release eCPA by pushing down to unlock and slide red locking tab, Wait 2 minutes for electrical circuits to discharge before disconnecting modules

   

   

   

9. Remove frunk assembly

   6x bolts, 10mm, 12 Nm, 2x bolt caps, 2x bumpstops, 1x connector, Remove bolt covers from frunk floor, Remove washer fluid cap by gently prying upwards, Rotate bumpstops counter clockwise to release, the 25mm socket from PT Sensor kit can be used, Avoid straining emergency frunk release connector

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

10. Remove LH underhood apron

    1x nut, 8mm, 4 Nm, Discard after removal

    

    

12. Remove LH header seal

    Seal begins at front quarter glass and ends at C-pillar applique, Start at C-pillar, Pull B-pillar applique down gently to release seal, Pull outwards to release seal from carrier grooves

    

    

    

    

13. Remove screws securing LH cantrail

    8x screws, T20, 2.5 Nm, Pull C-pillar applique down as required for access

    

    

14. Remove LH cantrail assembly
    참고

    7x clips, Recommend assistance, Pull away from body side to release clips, Place on padded surface

    

    

15. Remove LH sail baffle applique

    3x clips, Release clips working from bottom upwards

    

    

16. Remove LH sail baffle closeout
    참고

    6x clips

    

    

17. Remove LH rear fore fender flare
    참고

    12 clips, 9x tabs

    

    

    

18. Remove clips securing LH rear wheel liner to fore fender flare carrier

    5x clips

    

    

19. Remove LH rear fore fender flare carrier

    6x bolts, 10mm, 7 Nm, 1x connector, Disconnect BLE module then remove carrier, Release locking tab

    

    

    

20. Remove LH rear aft fender flare

24. Remove fastener covers from bed floor assembly

25. Remove bed floor assembly

    10x short bolts, 15mm, 56 Nm, 2x long bolts, 15mm, 46Nm, Lift front edge with trim tool then remove panel, Recommend assistance

    

    

    

    

26. Remove LH sail applique

    15x clips, 1x connector, 1x harness clip, Lift rear edge first to remove connector and harness clip

    

    

    

    

27. Remove LH upper bed side wall assembly

    13x clips, Start from rear, Pull from the bottom downwards

    

    

28. Remove LH bed closeout panel
    참고

    6x clips, 1x tab, Release LH tailgate cable by disengaging lock spring from bolt and sliding cable eyelet off to allow removal of bed closeout panel from vehicle

    

    

    

    

29. Remove LH lower bed side wall
    참고

    2x bolt, 15mm, 25 Nm, 4x bolts, 10mm, 11 Nm, 4x nuts, 10mm, 10 Nm, 1x connector, 4x L track fastener covers

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

30. Remove LH outer bed side

    13x bolts, 13mm, 28 Nm, 1x screw, T25, 8 Nm, Assistance required, Have assistant hold bed side to body while bolts are removed, Place on padded surface once removed

    

    

    

    

31. Install LH outer bed side

    13x bolts, 13mm, 28 Nm, 1x screw, T25, 8 Nm, Assistance required, Have assistant hold panel against body then install bolts hand tight, Adjust gap and flush as required then torque bolts

    

    

    

    

32. Install LH lower bed side wall

    2x bolt, 15mm, 25 Nm, 4x bolts, 10mm, 11 Nm, 4x nuts, 10mm, 10 Nm, 1x connector, 4x L track fastener covers

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

33. Install LH bed closeout panel

    6x clips, 1x tab, Secure LH tailgate cable once closeout installed

    

    

    

34. Install LH upper bed side wall assembly

    13x clips, Replace any missing or damaged clips, Lift tonneau seal as required

    

    

35. Install LH sail applique

    15x clips, 1x connector, 1x harness clip, Replace any broken clips

    

    

36. Install bed floor assembly

    10x short bolts, 15mm, 56 Nm, 2x long bolts, 15mm, 46Nm, Recommend assistance

    

    

    

    

    

37. Install fastener covers onto bed floor assembly

38. Install bolts securing chargeport assembly onto body

    2x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm, Use only hand tools, Risk of galling if power tools are used on stainless fasteners

    

39. Install chargeport door
    참고

    1x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm, 1x connector, 1x datum

    

    

    

    

    

40. Install LH rear fore fender flare carrier

    6x bolts, 10mm, 7 Nm, 1x connector, Connect BLE then install carrier, Engage locking tab

    

    

    

41. Install clips securing LH rear wheel liner to fore fender flare carrier

    5x clips

    

    

42. Install clips securing LH rear wheel liner to aft fender flare carrier
    참고

    2x clips

    

43. Install both LH rear fore and aft fender flares

    12 clips, 9x tabs

    

44. Instal LH sail baffle closeout

    6x clips, Replace any missing or damaged clips

    

    

45. Install LH sail baffle applique

46. Install LH cantrail assembly

    7x clips, Recommend assistance, Vehicles may be equipped with 10 or 11 clips in production range

    

    

47. Install screws securing LH cantrail

    8x screws, T20, 2.5 Nm, Pull C-pillar applique down as required for access

    

    

48. Install LH header seal
    참고

    Start from front quarter glass, Push upwards into seal carrier grooves

    

    

    

    

49. Install nut securing LH front outer cantrail
    참고

    1x nut, 8mm, 4 Nm, Install new nut

    

    

50. Install LH underhood apron
    참고

    3x clips, Replace any missing or damaged clips

    

    

    

51. Connect FRL connector then connect MV battery connector
    참고

    2x connectors, Connect FRL connector then secure locking tab, Position lever to secure MV battery connector then slide eCPA to right, Early production trucks may have black FRL connector, If power cycling vehicle then ensure at least 60 seconds has passed since powering down

    

    

    

52. Install frunk assembly
    참고

    6x bolts, 10mm, 12 Nm, 2x bolt caps, 2x bumpstops, 1x connector, Install bolt covers to frunk floor, Install washer fluid cap, Install bumpstops by aligning tabs then turning clockwise, Ensure emergency frunk release functions

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

53. Install rear underhood apron

    9x clips, Adjust windshield seal as required

    

    

54. Close powered front trunk
