1. Raise and support vehicle

   

   

   

2. Open LH front door

   Push LH B-pillar door trigger to release

   

   

3. Lower LH front window

   

4. Open powered front trunk
   참고

   Via exterior switch or UI

   

   

5. Place the vehicle into Service Mode Plus. See Toolbox 3(연결 및 연결 해제).
6. Remove rear underhood apron

   9x clips

   

   

7. Remove frunk assembly
   참고

   6x bolts, 10mm, 12 Nm, 2x bolt caps, 2x bumpstops, 1x connector, Remove bolt covers from frunk floor, Remove washer fluid cap by gently prying upwards, Rotate bumpstops counter clockwise to release, the 25mm socket from PT Sensor kit can be used, Avoid straining emergency frunk release connector

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

8. Remove remote brake fluid reservoir from Megabeam

   1x bolt, 10mm, Torque?, 1x tab, Push under cowl to allow access, Avoid tipping reservoir over

   

9. Remove front coil spring assembly fasteners
   참고

   3x bolts, 18mm, 110 Nm, Discard after removing

   

   

10. Remove LH front wheel cap
    참고

    1x cap, 8x clips, Use both hands to firmly pull wheel cap to release clips, Cap may remove with or without mounting ring attached

    

    

    

    

11. Loosen LH front wheel nuts
    참고

    6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm

    

12. Raise vehicle fully
    참고

    Set to a comfortable working height, Lower to locks, Ensure locks engage on both sides to prevent tilting

    

    

13. Remove LH front wheel
    참고

    6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm

    

14. Release harness from front coil spring assembly
    참고

    2x connectors, 2x clips, 1x grommet, Pull grey tab then push down to release

    

    

15. Release LH front coil spring assembly cover
    참고

    4x clips, Leave attached to brake hose

    

16. Remove LH front brake hose bracket
    참고

    1x bolt, 10mm, 10 Nm

    

17. Remove outer tie rod from knuckle
    참고

    1x nut, 21mm, 170 Nm, Discard nut after removing

    

    

18. Remove LH front lower control arm shield
    참고

    3x bolts, 10mm, 7 Nm

    

19. Disconnect front LH stabar link
    참고

    2x bolts, 21mm, 275Nm, Counter hold stud as required, Discard nut after removal

    

    

    

20. Position and raise pole jack onto LH front lower control arm

    

21. Remove nut securing LH front upper control arm to knuckle
    참고

    1x nut, 18mm, 85 Nm, Use step ladder as needed

    

22. Lower and remove pole jack from LH front lower control arm

    

23. Remove bolts securing front coil spring assembly
    참고

    2x bolts, 21mm, 140 Nm, Be prepared for some spring load to release from bushings

    

24. Remove front coil spring assembly
    참고

    Remove from rear area of suspension, Lift coil assembly then pull out towards left side, While pulling down knuckle assembly, Ensure no harnesses or lines remain attached

    

    

    

25. Install front coil spring assembly
    참고

    Install via rear area of suspension, Position studs into mounting holes while pulling down on knuckle assembly, Ensure damper valves are facing rear of vehicle

    

    

    

26. Install front coil spring assembly fasteners
    참고

    3x bolts, 18mm, 110 Nm, Install new nuts

    

    

27. Secure remote brake fluid reservoir to Megabeam
    참고

    1x bolt, 10mm, Torque?, 1x tab, Ensure no fluid loss, Top off if needed

    

28. Secure LH damper to lower control arm
    참고

    2x bolts, 21mm, 140 Nm

    

29. Position and raise pole jack onto LH front lower control arm

    

30. Install nut securing LH front upper control arm to knuckle
    참고

    1x nut, 18mm, 85 Nm, Use step stool as needed, Install new nut

    

    

31. Lower and remove pole jack from LH front lower control arm

    

32. Install front LH stabar link
    참고

    1x bolts, 21mm, 275Nm, Counter hold stud as required, Install new nut

    

    

    

33. Install outer tie rod to knuckle
    참고

    1x nut, 21mm, 170 Nm, Install new nut

    

    

34. Install LH front brake hose bracket
    참고

    1x bolt, 10mm, 10 Nm

    

35. Secure LH front coil spring assembly cover
    참고

    4x clips

    

36. Secure harness to front coil spring assembly module
    참고

    2x connectors, 2x clips, Engage locking tab, 1x grommet

    

    

37. Install LH front wheel
    참고

    6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm

    

38. Lower vehicle until tires are touching the ground
    참고

    Raise lift off locks, then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered
39. Install frunk assembly
    참고

    6x bolts, 10mm, 12 Nm, 2x bolt caps, 2x bumpstops, 1x connector, Install bolt covers to frunk floor, Install washer fluid cap, Install bumpstops by aligning tabs then turning clockwise, Ensure emergency frunk release functions

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

40. Install rear underhood apron

    9x clips, Adjust windshield seal as required

    

    

41. Close powered front trunk
    참고

    Via exterior switch or UI

    

42. Torque LH front wheel nuts
    참고

    6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm

    

43. Install LH front wheel cap
    참고

    1x cap, 8x clips, Partially secure wheel cap to wheel, While partially installed wheel cover can be rotated to align with tire design, When aligned press inward from center of cap then secure all clips to mounting ring

    

    

    

44. Remove vehicle from lift
    참고

    Lower rack arms fully and remove them from under vehicle,

    

45. Raise LH front window
46. Close LH front door
