1. Raise and support vehicle
   注

   Ensure vehicle is not charging

   

   

   

2. Remove LH front wheel center cap
   注

   1x cap, Pull the inner side of the adjacent 2 claws on the wheel center cap by hands

   

   

3. Loosen LH front wheel nuts
   注

   5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm

   

4. Raise vehicle partially and lower lift onto locks
   注

   Set vehicle to a comfortable working height, Make sure there's an audible click of the locks on both sides before lowering, otherwise vehicle may tilt to the side

   

   

5. Remove LH front wheel
   注

   5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm

   

6. Remove the clips that partially securing LH wheel liner to fascia
   注

   9x push clips

   

7. Partially remove the LF wheel liner

   

8. Disconnect LH front wheel speed sensor connector
   注

   1x connector, Disengage locking tab

   

   

9. Disconnect LH front damper solenoid connector
   注

   1x connector, Disengage locking tab

   

10. Release clips securing LH front wheel speed sensor harness
    注

    4x tree clips, 1x rubber grommet

    

11. Release bolt securing LH front wheel speed sensor to knuckle
    注

    1x bolt, T30, 5 Nm

    

12. Remove LH front wheel speed sensor from knuckle

    

    

13. Install LH front wheel speed sensor into knuckle

    

    

14. Install bolt securing LH front wheel speed sensor to knuckle
    注

    1x bolt, T30, 5 Nm

    

15. Install clips securing LH front wheel speed sensor harness
    注

    4x tree clips, 1x rubber grommet, Ensure harness is routed correctly to avoid harness contact with moving suspension components

    

    

    

16. Connect LH front wheel speed sensor connector
    注

    1x connector, Engage locking tab

    

17. Connect LH front damper solenoid
    注

    1x connector, Engage locking tab

    

18. Install the LF wheel liner

    

19. Install clips securing LH wheel liner to fascia
    注

    9x push clips

    

20. Install LH front wheel
    注

    5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm, Start lug nuts by hand before using power tool

    

21. Lower vehicle until tires are touching ground
    注

    Raise lift off locks, then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered

    

    

    

22. Torque LH front wheel
    注

    5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm

    

23. Install LH front wheel center cap
    注

    1x cap, Ensure that the cap is installed in place

    

24. Remove lift arms from below vehicle
    注

    Lower rack arms fully and remove them from under vehicle
