拆卸

  1. Set up the A/C machine.
  2. Raise and support the vehicle.
  3. Open all four doors and lower the windows.

    Latch rear doors to prevent accidental closing when 12V/LV power is disconnected.
  4. Place the vehicle in Service Mode. See 维护模式.
  5. On the touchscreen, touch Service Mode > Thermal > Refrigerant System > Start Thermal Fill Drain (Coolant + Refrigerant) and select Run to start the "Start Thermal Fill Drain (Coolant & Refrigerant)" routine.
  6. Move the front seats forward.
  7. Remove the underhood storage unit. See 前备箱储物单元（拆卸和更换）.
  8. Remove the HEPA filter assembly. See 总成 - 过滤器 - 高效分子空气 (HEPA)（拆卸和更换）.
  9. Remove the HEPA duct. See 风管 - 高效分子空气 (HEPA)（拆卸和更换）.

  13. Disconnect the powertrain bypass hose from the Supermanifold.

    This will drain the coolant reservoir.
  14. Disconnect the radiator outlet hose from the Supermanifold.
  15. Disconnect the radiator inlet hose from the Supermanifold.
  16. Install three male plugs into the coolant ports at the front of the Supermanifold.
  17. Before performing the next two steps, inspect the coolant hose temperature sensors and connectors.

    If the vehicle is equipped with an earlier model temperature sensor (left image), the new super manifold connectors may not fit. In this case the electrical connector cover must be swapped from the old supermanifold to the new supermanifold. Perform 改造连接器 before installation.
  18. Disconnect the sensor for the chiller to battery hose.
  19. Disconnect the sensor for the powertrain supply hose.
  20. Disconnect the chiller to battery hose from the supermanifold.
  21. Disconnect the powertrain supply hose from the supermanifold.
  22. Disconnect the HV battery return hose from the Supermanifold.
  23. Install three male plugs into the coolant ports at the rear of the Supermanifold.
  24. Disconnect the supermanifold harness connector from the front controller.
  25. Remove the clip that attaches the thermal sub assembly harness to the front controller.
  26. Remove the 12V/LV battery. See 12V/低压电池（拆卸和更换）.
  27. Release the clips (x4) that attach the coolant hose to the A/C compressor bracket.
  28. Remove the clip that attaches the A/C compressor logic harness to the A/C compressor HV harness bracket.
  29. Release the connector locking tab, and then disconnect the low voltage electrical connector from the A/C compressor.

  30. Remove the bolt that attaches the HV harness bracket to the A/C compressor.

  31. Remove the bolt that attaches the ground strap to the A/C compressor, and then set the ground strap aside.

  32. Release the clip that attaches the coolant hose to the A/C compressor bracket, near the ground strap attachment point.
  33. Pull the A/C compressor HV connector black locking tab away from the A/C compressor.
  34. Using a 45-degree pick, simultaneously push on the central locking tab while pulling on the outer locking tab, and remove the HV connector from the A/C compressor.
  35. Disconnect the HVIL electrical connector.
  36. After A/C recovery is completed, remove the A/C hoses from the vehicle.
  37. Remove the nut that attaches the supermanifold to compressor suction line to the compressor.

  41. Remove the rear battery tie down strap from the 12V/LV battery bracket.

  42. Release the clip that attaches the 12V/LV battery vent tube to the battery bracket.

  44. Move the HV harness bracket forward and up to release the bracket from the A/C compressor, and then carefully set the bracket aside.
  45. Remove the retaining clips that attach the A/C compressor HV harness to the shock tower support brace.

  1. Remove the A/C line plugs from the new supermanifold and compressor.
  2. Install the NVH acoustic cover onto the new compressor.

    Remove the adhesive backing, and then lay the cover down with the adhesive side facing up. Align the cutouts to the suction port on the compressor, install the cover around the suction port, and then continue to wrap the cover around the compressor.
  3. Position the A/C compressor bracket on the A/C compressor, and then install the bolts that attach the bracket to the compressor.
    9 Nm (6.6 lbs-ft)

  4. Position the A/C compressor and A/C compressor bracket assembly to the strut shock tower brace, and then hand-tighten the bolts (x2) to secure.
  5. After flush is complete, disconnect the HVAC case flush adapter from the A/C machine, and then remove the adapter from the vehicle.
  6. Remove the A/C manifold to HVAC line from the HVAC assembly.
  7. Replace the seal washers on the supermanifold to HVAC A/C line assembly on the supermanifold side.

  37. Remove transportation plugs from the new A/C compressor.
  38. Replace the o-rings on the high pressure and low pressure supermanifold to A/C compressor hose fittings, and then lubricate the O-rings with the appropriate A/C oil. See 液体和容量 for A/C oil specifications.

  39. Position the supermanifold to A/C compressor high pressure fitting on the A/C compressor, and then install the nut that attaches the fitting to the A/C compressor.

  41. Install the clips (x4) that attach the coolant hose to the A/C compressor bracket.
  42. Install the rear battery tie down strap on the 12V battery bracket.
  43. Install the clip that attaches the 12V battery vent tube to the 12V battery bracket.
  44. Install the 12V/LV auxiliary battery. See 12V/低压电池（拆卸和更换）.
  45. On the touchscreen, touch Service Mode > Thermal > Refrigerant System > Start Thermal Fill Drain (Coolant & Refrigerant) and select Run to start the "Start Thermal Fill Drain (Coolant & Refrigerant)" routine.
  46. Disconnect 12V/LV power. See 12V/低压电源（断开和连接）.
  47. Perform A/C vacuum leak test. See 空调制冷剂（回收和重新加注）.
  48. Perform A/C refrigerant recharge. See 空调制冷剂（回收和重新加注）.
  49. Perform a cooling system vacuum refill. See 冷却系统（真空重新加注）.
  50. Connect the first responder loop and leave the LV battery disconnected.
  51. Connect a LV maintainer. See 低压维护设备（连接和断开）.
  52. Update the compressor configuration:
    1. Connect a laptop with Toolbox 3 to the vehicle.
    2. Select Dashboards, and select Infotainment Dashboard.
    3. Select Read Config, and then click Run to read the current vehicle configuration.
    4. Scroll down to "compressorType" and confirm the correct compressorType is selected.
    5. If the target is Denso compressor, the compressor part number and type is:
      • 1501256-00-G: DENSO 8k
      • 1501256-00-H/I: DENSO 11k – no speed limit
      • 1501256-0X-J (or newer) and FW version is beyond 2021.4.10: DENSO 11k (COP1 ENABLED)
    6. If the target is Sanden compressor, the compressor part number and type is:
      • 1582668-00-H: SANDEN_V2
      • 1582668-00-I: SANDEN_V3
      • 1582668-XX-J: SANDEN_V4
    7. Select Apply Changes and select Run to save updated configuration.

  53. Update the coolant pump configuration:
    1. Connect a laptop with Toolbox 3 to the vehicle.
    2. Select Dashboards, and select Infotainment Dashboard.
    3. Select Read Config.
    4. Scroll down to "coolantPumpType" and change the configuration to DUAL_MIX.
    5. Select Apply Changes and select Run to save updated configuration.

  54. Update the A/C line configuration:
    1. Connect a laptop with Toolbox 3 to the vehicle.
    2. Select Dashboards, and select Infotainment Dashboard.
    3. Select Read Config.
    4. Scroll down to "refrigACLineType" and change the configuration to SAAA_LIMITED or CONTI_LIMITED (depending on the type of the A/C line.

      • If the A/C line installed has part number 1625910-XX-X, change the configuration to SAAA_LIMITED.
      • If the A/C line installed has part number 1502020-XX-X, change the configuration to CONTI_LIMITED
    5. Select Apply Changes and select Run to save updated configuration.

  55. Reinstall the firmware. See 软件重新安装 - 触摸屏.
  56. On the touchscreen, tap the Service Mode "wrench" (at the bottom of the touchscreen UI), and then tap Thermal > Stop Thermal Fill Drain, and allow the routine to complete.
  57. Tap Coolant System > Run Coolant Pumps Identification > Run, and close once the routine is passed.
  58. Tap Sensors and Valves > Run Reset Compressor P-Metric > Run, and close once the routine is passed.
  59. Tap Sensors and Valves > Run Heat Pump Commissioning > Run, and close once the routine is passed.
  60. Tap Coolant System > Coolant Purge > Run, and close once the routine is passed.
  61. Install the HEPA duct. See 风管 - 高效分子空气 (HEPA)（拆卸和更换）.
  62. Install the HEPA filter assembly. See 总成 - 过滤器 - 高效分子空气 (HEPA)（拆卸和更换）.

  66. Inspect the coolant level and make sure the fluid level is at the Max line.
  67. Tap Actions > Test Thermal Performance > Run, and close once the routine is passed.
  68. Tap Actions > Test HVAC Performance > Run, and close once the routine is passed.
  69. Exit Service Mode. See 维护模式.
  70. Disconnect the laptop from the vehicle.
