- Remove the postie DC link from ancillary bay. See Busbar - Fast Charge Contactor to DC Bus - Positive (Remove and Replace).

Release PCS coolant inlet hose from
hose clip.

Cut 90 degree portion of Model 3 coolant hose special tool to 2CM long.

Cut protrusion on the ancillary bay harness base.

Disconnect PCS coolant inlet hose from ancillary bay.

Connect PCS coolant inlet hose to
ancillary bay.

Secure PCS coolant inlet hose to hose
clip.
