Explains how to determine if the Front Frame Rail Inner can be repaired or if replacement is required.

The image below shows the Front Frame Rail Inner, and contains highlighted areas. Compare the damaged area of the vehicle's Front Frame Rail Inner to the image below, then use the repair criteria corresponding to the color of the highlighted area to find the criteria to use to determine if the damaged area of the component can be repaired.

Based on the colors used in the image above, the allowed repairs are as follows:

Area Color	Allowed Repairs
Green areas:	Bent tab sections may be straightened using cold methods only. Note Repair only if: Only the tab portion of the component is bent, and there are no sharp corners. Joints and/or welds on the tab and all surrounding areas on the rail are not damaged and are in good condition. All other areas of the component are in good condition. If other areas of the component are bent or damaged, the component must be replaced.
Red areas:	None; if the component is damaged in these areas, contact Tesla Collision Repair for assistance.
