Repair Procedure

  1. Panel - Aero Shield - Front (Remove and Replace).
  2. Diffuser - Rear Fascia (Remove and Replace).
  3. Carpet - Rear Trunk (1-Piece) (Remove and Replace).
  4. Trim - Side - Trunk - RH (Remove and Replace).
  5. Trim - Side - Trunk - LH (Remove and Replace).
  6. Wheel Arch Liner - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  7. Busbars - Charge Port to HV Battery (NACS) (Remove and Replace).
  8. Knuckle - Suspension - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  9. Link - Aft - Lower - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  10. Link - Aft - Upper - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  11. Toe Link - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  12. Link - Fore - Lower - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  13. Drop Link - Stabilizer Bar - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  14. Spring - Rear Suspension - LH (Remove and Replace).
  15. Damper - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  16. Halfshaft - Rear Drive Unit - LH (Lubricate at Hub).
  17. Remove the original component.

  18. Prepare for installation.

  19. Apply structural adhesive to the mating surfaces on the vehicle and the new component or components.
  20. Install the new component or components.
  21. Perform any necessary post-repair operations.

  27. Toe Link - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
