Repair Information
- Review all collision repair general practices and safety documentation and wear the appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) before beginning this procedure.
- Properly mount the vehicle on a frame bench when performing this procedure.

Repair Procedure
- Remove the Rear Frame Rail Glove (Lower).
- Remove the Trunk Floor Assembly (Complete).
- Remove the original component.

Prepare for installation.
or High Strength Structural Rivets, 6.5 mmNoteA red X indicates a location where a factory-installed fastener is not being replaced.
- A = 38 mm.
- B = 10 mm.
- C = 36 mm.
- D = 31 mm.
- E = 30 mm.
- F = 35 mm.
- G = 48 mm.
- H = 15 mm.
- I = 65 mm.
- J = 76 mm.
- K = 45 mm.
- L = 10 mm.
- M = 24 mm.
- N = 87 mm.
NoteWhen installing the rivet in the Rear Wheelhouse Inner, remove the minimum amount of material necessary from the Rear Wheelhouse Inner in order to install the rivet. - Apply structural adhesive to the mating surfaces on the vehicle and the new component or components.
- Install the new component or components.
- Install the Trunk Floor Assembly (Complete).
- Install the Rear Frame Rail Glove (Lower).
- Perform any necessary post-repair operations.
