Repair Procedure

  1. Remove the Vehicle HV Disablement Procedure.
  2. Remove the Cover - Rocker Panel - Lower - LH (Remove and Replace).
  3. Remove the Fascia - Rear (Remove and Install).
  4. Remove the Bracket - Taillight - LH (Remove and Replace).
  5. Remove the Bracket - Rear Wing - LH (Remove and Replace).
  6. Remove the Door - Rear - LH (Remove and Install).
  7. Remove the Power Trunk (Remove and Install).
  8. Remove the Hinge - Power Trunk - LH (Remove and Replace).
  9. Remove the Glass - Backlight (Heat Pump) (Remove and Install).
  10. Remove the Seat Back - 2nd Row - RH (Remove and Replace).
  11. Remove the Seat Back - 2nd Row - LH (Remove and Replace).
  12. Remove the Seal - Body - Side - Rear - Primary - LH (Remove and Replace).
  13. Remove the Striker - Door - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  14. Remove the Seal - Trunk (Remove and Replace).
  15. Remove the Glass - Roof - Fixed (Remove and Replace).
  16. Remove the Brightwork - Upper - LH (Remove and Replace).
  17. Remove the Glass - Body - Rear Quarter - LH (Remove and Install).
  18. Remove the Trim - Package Tray (Remove and Replace).
  19. Remove the Airbag - Curtain - LH (Remove and Replace).
  20. Remove the Sensor - Impact Accelerometer - C-Pillar - LH (Remove and Replace).
  21. Remove the Busbars - Charge Port to HV Battery (NACS) (Remove and Replace).
  22. Remove the Reflex Lens - Rear - RH (Remove and Replace).
  23. Remove the ECU - Charge Port (Remove and Replace).
  24. Remove the Seatbelt - 2nd Row - LH (Remove and Replace).
  25. Remove the Wheel Arch Liner - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  26. Remove the Spring - Rear Suspension - LH (Remove and Replace).
  27. Remove the Knuckle - Suspension - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  28. Remove the Damper - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  29. Remove the Brake Caliper - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  30. Remove the Rear Quarter Inner (Assembly).
  31. Remove the original component.

  32. Prepare for installation.

    Structural Bulb Rivet, 6.5 mm

    Bolt

  33. Apply structural adhesive to the mating surfaces on the vehicle and the new component or components.
  34. Install the new component or components.
    Torque the bolts to 24 Nm.
  35. Install the new Rear Quarter Inner (Assembly).
  36. Perform any necessary post-repair operations.
  37. Install the Brake Caliper - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  38. Install the Damper - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  39. Install the Knuckle - Suspension - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  40. Install the Spring - Rear Suspension - LH (Remove and Replace).
  41. Install the Wheel Arch Liner - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  42. Install the Seatbelt - 2nd Row - LH (Remove and Replace).
  43. Install the ECU - Charge Port (Remove and Replace).
  44. Install the Reflex Lens - Rear - RH (Remove and Replace).
  45. Install the Busbars - Charge Port to HV Battery (NACS) (Remove and Replace).
  46. Install the Sensor - Impact Accelerometer - C-Pillar - LH (Remove and Replace).
  47. Install the Airbag - Curtain - LH (Remove and Replace).
  48. Install the Trim - Package Tray (Remove and Replace).
  49. Install the Glass - Body - Rear Quarter - LH (Remove and Install).
  50. Install the Brightwork - Upper - LH (Remove and Replace).
  51. Install the Glass - Roof - Fixed (Remove and Replace).
  52. Install the Seal - Trunk (Remove and Replace).
  53. Install the Striker - Door - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  54. Install the Seal - Body - Side - Rear - Primary - LH (Remove and Replace).
  55. Install the Seat Back - 2nd Row - LH (Remove and Replace).
  56. Install the Seat Back - 2nd Row - RH (Remove and Replace).
  57. Install the Glass - Backlight (Heat Pump) (Remove and Install).
  58. Install the Hinge - Power Trunk - LH (Remove and Replace).
  59. Install the Power Trunk (Remove and Install).
  60. Install the Door - Rear - LH (Remove and Install).
  61. Install the Bracket - Rear Wing - LH (Remove and Replace).
  62. Install the Bracket - Taillight - LH (Remove and Replace).
  63. Install the Fascia - Rear (Remove and Install).
