  1. Vehicle HV Disablement Procedure.
  2. Cover - Rocker Panel - Lower - LH (Remove and Replace).
  3. Fascia - Rear (Remove and Install).
  4. Bracket - Taillight - LH (Remove and Replace).
  5. Bracket - Rear Wing - LH (Remove and Replace).
  6. Door - Rear - LH (Remove and Install).
  7. Power Trunk (Remove and Install).
  8. Hinge - Power Trunk - LH (Remove and Replace).
  9. Glass - Backlight (Heat Pump) (Remove and Install).
  10. Seat Back - 2nd Row - RH (Remove and Replace).
  11. Seat Back - 2nd Row - LH (Remove and Replace).
  12. Seal - Body - Side - Rear - Primary - LH (Remove and Replace).
  13. Striker - Door - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  14. Seal - Trunk (Remove and Replace).
  15. Glass - Roof - Fixed (Remove and Replace).
  16. Brightwork - Upper - LH (Remove and Replace).
  17. Glass - Body - Rear Quarter - LH (Remove and Install).
  18. Trim - Package Tray (Remove and Replace).
  19. Airbag - Curtain - LH (Remove and Replace).
  20. Sensor - Impact Accelerometer - C-Pillar - LH (Remove and Replace).
  21. Busbars - Charge Port to HV Battery (NACS) (Remove and Replace).
  22. Reflex Lens - Rear - RH (Remove and Replace).
  23. ECU - Charge Port (Remove and Replace).
  24. Seatbelt - 2nd Row - LH (Remove and Replace).
  25. Wheel Arch Liner - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  26. Spring - Rear Suspension - LH (Remove and Replace).
  27. Knuckle - Suspension - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  28. Damper - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  29. Brake Caliper - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  30. Remove the Rear Quarter Inner (Assembly).
  31. Remove the original component.

    Bolt

  32. Prepare for installation.

    Structural Bulb Rivet, 6.5 mm

    Bolt

  33. Apply structural adhesive to the mating surfaces on the vehicle and the new component or components.
  34. Install the new component or components.
    Torque the bolts to 24 Nm.
  35. Install the new Rear Quarter Inner (Assembly).
  36. Perform any necessary post-repair operations.
  37. Brake Caliper - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  38. Damper - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  39. Knuckle - Suspension - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  40. Spring - Rear Suspension - LH (Remove and Replace).
  41. Wheel Arch Liner - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  42. Seatbelt - 2nd Row - LH (Remove and Replace).
  43. ECU - Charge Port (Remove and Replace).
  44. Reflex Lens - Rear - RH (Remove and Replace).
  45. Busbars - Charge Port to HV Battery (NACS) (Remove and Replace).
