- This procedure can be completed without using a frame bench.

Repair Procedure
- Wheel Assembly (Remove and Install).
- Raise Vehicle - 2 Post Lift.
- Wheel Arch Liner - Front - LH (Remove and Replace).
- Carpet - Interior Complete (Remove and Replace).
- Module - Body Controller - Front (Heat Pump) (Remove and Replace).
- HVAC Assembly (Heat Pump) (Remove and Replace).
- Brake Pedal (Remove and Replace).
- Steering Column (LHD) (Remove and Replace).
- Noise Absorber - Motor Bay - Front (Remove and Replace).

Remove the original component.

- Prepare for installation.

Prepare for installation.
- Reference Line/Point
- or High Strength Structural Rivets, 6.5 mm A = 152 mm B = 7 mm C = 8 mm D = 89 mm E = 17 mm F = 7 mm
- Prepare for installation.
- Apply structural adhesive to the mating surfaces on the vehicle and the new component or components.
- Install the new component or components.
- Perform any necessary post-repair operations.

After painting is complete, install
the butyl patch as shown to cover the rivets installed to secure the Dash Reinforcement
Assembly and the Torque Box.
- Noise Absorber - Motor Bay - Front (Remove and Replace).
- Steering Column (LHD) (Remove and Replace).
- Brake Pedal (Remove and Replace).
- HVAC Assembly (Heat Pump) (Remove and Replace).
- Module - Body Controller - Front (Heat Pump) (Remove and Replace).
- Carpet - Interior Complete (Remove and Replace).
- Wheel Arch Liner - Front - LH (Remove and Replace).
- Raise Vehicle - 2 Post Lift.
- Wheel Assembly (Remove and Install).
