Repair Procedure

  1. Remove the Bracket - Rear Wing - LH (Remove and Replace).
  2. Remove the Air Extractor - LH (Remove and Replace).
  3. Remove the Wheel Arch Liner - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  4. Remove the Panel - Aero Shield - Rear (Remove and Replace).
  5. Remove the Carpet - Rear Trunk (1-Piece) (Remove and Replace).
  6. Remove the Trim - Side - Trunk - LH (Remove and Replace).
  7. Remove the Front Carpet - Trunk (2-Piece) (Remove and Replace).
  8. Remove the Rear Carpet - Trunk (2-Piece) (Remove and Replace).
  9. RH component only: Remove the Subwoofer (Remove and Replace).
  10. Remove the ECU - Charge Port (Remove and Replace).
  11. Remove the original component.

  12. Prepare for installation.

  13. Apply structural adhesive to the mating surfaces on the vehicle and the new component or components.
  14. Install the new component or components.
  15. Perform any necessary post-repair operations.
  16. Install the ECU - Charge Port (Remove and Replace).
  17. RH component only: Install the Subwoofer (Remove and Replace).
  18. Install the Rear Carpet - Trunk (2-Piece) (Remove and Replace).
  19. Install the Front Carpet - Trunk (2-Piece) (Remove and Replace).
  20. Install the Trim - Side - Trunk - LH (Remove and Replace).
  21. Install the Carpet - Rear Trunk (1-Piece) (Remove and Replace).
  22. Install the Panel - Aero Shield - Rear (Remove and Replace).
  23. Install the Wheel Arch Liner - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  24. Install the Air Extractor - LH (Remove and Replace).
  25. Install the Bracket - Rear Wing - LH (Remove and Replace).
