Repair Procedure

  1. Subwoofer (Remove and Replace).
  2. Busbars - Charge Port to HV Battery (NACS) (Remove and Replace).
  3. Spring - Rear Suspension - LH (Remove and Replace).
  4. Toe Link - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  5. Drop Link - Stabilizer Bar - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  6. Link - Fore - Upper - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  7. Hub - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  8. Sensor - Ride Height - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  9. Link - Aft - Lower - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  10. Link - Fore - Lower - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  11. Wheel Arch Liner - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  12. Knuckle - Suspension - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  13. Damper - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  14. Trim - Side - Trunk - LH (Remove and Replace).
  15. Trim - Side - Trunk - RH (Remove and Replace).
  16. Remove the Rear Damper Mount Upper.
  17. Remove the original component.

  18. Prepare for installation.

    • B = 12 mm.
    • C = 32 mm.
    • D = 14 mm.
    • E = 12 mm.
    • F = 10 mm.

    Bolt

  19. Apply structural adhesive to the mating surfaces on the vehicle and the new component or components.
  20. Install the new component or components.
    Torque the bolts to 24 Nm.
  21. Install the Rear Damper Mount Upper.
  22. Perform any necessary post-repair operations.
  23. Trim - Side - Trunk - RH (Remove and Replace).
  24. Trim - Side - Trunk - LH (Remove and Replace).
  25. Damper - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  26. Knuckle - Suspension - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  27. Wheel Arch Liner - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  28. Link - Fore - Lower - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  29. Link - Aft - Lower - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  30. Sensor - Ride Height - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  31. Hub - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  32. Link - Fore - Upper - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  33. Drop Link - Stabilizer Bar - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
