Repair Information
- Review all collision repair general practices and safety documentation and wear the appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) before beginning this procedure.
- This procedure can be completed without using a frame bench.

Repair Procedure
- Remove the Cover - Hood Latch (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the Valance - Front Fascia (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the Bracket - Compressor (Heat Pump) (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the A/C Compressor and Supermanifold (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the Plenum - Inlet - HVAC (Remove and Replace).

Remove the original component.
NoteThis repair procedure includes information for both the left hand (LH) and right hand (RH) battery support brackets. Remove only the bracket or brackets to be replaced.
Factory Spot Weld

Prepare for installation.
- Apply structural adhesive to the mating surfaces on the vehicle and the new component or components.
- Install the new component or components.
- Perform any necessary post-repair operations.
- Install the Plenum - Inlet - HVAC (Remove and Replace).
- Install the A/C Compressor and Supermanifold (Remove and Replace).
- Install the Bracket - Compressor (Heat Pump) (Remove and Replace).
- Install the Valance - Front Fascia (Remove and Replace).
- Install the Cover - Hood Latch (Remove and Replace).
