Repair Procedure

  1. Remove the Noise Absorber - Motor Bay - Front (Remove and Replace).
  2. Remove the Hinge - Hood - LH (Remove and Replace).
  3. Remove the Steering Column (LHD) (Remove and Replace).
  4. Remove the Hinge - Hood - LH (Remove and Replace).
  5. Remove the Accelerator (Remove and Replace).
  6. Remove the Carpet - Front - LH (Remove and Replace).
  7. Remove the Carpet - Front - RH (Remove and Replace).
  8. Remove the Subframe Assembly - Front (Dual Motor) (Remove and Install).
  9. Remove the Fender Assembly - Front - LH (Remove and Install).
  10. Remove the Hood (Remove and Install).
  11. Remove the Windshield (Reuse Humidity and Temperature Sensor) (Remove and Replace).
  12. Remove the A/C Compressor and Supermanifold (Remove and Replace).
  13. Remove the HVAC Assembly (Heat Pump) (Remove and Replace).
  14. Remove the Booster - Brake - Electromechanical (Heat Pump) (LHD) (Remove and Replace).
  15. Remove the Brake Pedal (Remove and Replace).
  16. Remove the Module - Body Controller - Front (Dual Motor) (Non-Heat Pump) (Remove and Replace).
  17. Remove the Module - Body Controller - LH (LHD) (Heat Pump) (Remove and Replace).
  18. Remove the Panel - Lower Rear - Center Console (Remove and Replace).
  19. Remove the HV Battery (AWD) (Remove and Install).
  20. Remove the original component.

  22. Apply structural adhesive to the mating surfaces on the vehicle and the new component or components.
  23. Install the new component or components.
  24. Perform any necessary post-repair operations.
  25. Install the HV Battery (AWD) (Remove and Install).
  26. Install the Panel - Lower Rear - Center Console (Remove and Replace).
  27. Install the Module - Body Controller - LH (LHD) (Heat Pump) (Remove and Replace).
  28. Install the Module - Body Controller - Front (Dual Motor) (Non-Heat Pump) (Remove and Replace).
  29. Install the Brake Pedal (Remove and Replace).
  30. Install the Booster - Brake - Electromechanical (Heat Pump) (LHD) (Remove and Replace).
  31. Install the HVAC Assembly (Heat Pump) (Remove and Replace).
  32. Install the A/C Compressor and Supermanifold (Remove and Replace).
  33. Install the Windshield (Reuse Humidity and Temperature Sensor) (Remove and Replace).
  34. Install the Hood (Remove and Install).
  35. Install the Fender Assembly - Front - LH (Remove and Install).
