Repair Procedure

  1. Remove the Cover - Rocker Panel - Lower - LH (Remove and Replace).
  2. Remove the Wheel Arch Liner - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  3. Remove the Airbag - Curtain - LH (Remove and Replace).
  4. Remove the Door - Rear - LH (Remove and Install).
  5. Remove the Seal - Body - Side - Rear - Primary - LH (Remove and Replace).
  6. Remove the Glass - Body - Rear Quarter - LH (Remove and Replace).
  7. Remove the Power Trunk (Remove and Install).
  8. Remove the Hinge - Power Trunk - LH (Remove and Replace).
  9. Remove the Seal - Trunk (Remove and Replace).
  10. Remove the Bracket - Rear Wing - LH (Remove and Replace).
  11. Remove the Bracket - Taillight - LH (Remove and Replace).
  12. Remove the Bumper Beam - Rear (Remove and Replace).
  13. Remove the Sensor - Impact Accelerometer - C-Pillar - LH (Remove and Replace).
  14. Remove the Busbars - Charge Port to HV Battery (NACS) (Remove and Replace).
  15. Remove the Door Assembly - Charge Port (Busbar Type) (EMEA) (Remove and Replace).
  16. Remove the Reflex Lens - Rear - RH (Remove and Replace).
  17. Remove the ECU - Charge Port (Remove and Replace).
  18. Remove the Subwoofer (Remove and Replace).
  19. Remove the Carpet - Rear Trunk (1-Piece) (Remove and Replace).
  20. Remove the Trim - Floor - Trunk (Remove and Replace).
  21. Remove the Garnish - Trunk (Remove and Replace).
  22. Remove the Seatbelt - 2nd Row - LH (Remove and Replace).
  23. Remove the Trim - Package Tray (Remove and Replace).
  24. Remove the Rear Wheelhouse Reinforcement
  25. Remove the Rear Wheel Arch (Complete).
  26. Remove the original component.

  27. Prepare for installation.

  28. Apply structural adhesive to the mating surfaces on the vehicle and the new component or components.
  29. Install the new component or components.
  30. Install the Rear Wheel Arch (Complete).
  31. Install the Rear Wheelhouse Reinforcement
  32. Install the fastener as indicated.

  33. Perform any necessary post-repair operations.
  34. Install the Trim - Package Tray (Remove and Replace).
  35. Install the Seatbelt - 2nd Row - LH (Remove and Replace).
  36. Install the Garnish - Trunk (Remove and Replace).
  37. Install the Trim - Floor - Trunk (Remove and Replace).
  38. Install the Carpet - Rear Trunk (1-Piece) (Remove and Replace).
  39. Install the Subwoofer (Remove and Replace).
  40. Install the ECU - Charge Port (Remove and Replace).
  41. Install the Reflex Lens - Rear - RH (Remove and Replace).
  42. Install the Door Assembly - Charge Port (Busbar Type) (EMEA) (Remove and Replace).
  43. Install the Busbars - Charge Port to HV Battery (NACS) (Remove and Replace).
  44. Install the Sensor - Impact Accelerometer - C-Pillar - LH (Remove and Replace).
  45. Install the Bumper Beam - Rear (Remove and Replace).
  46. Install the Bracket - Taillight - LH (Remove and Replace).
  47. Install the Bracket - Rear Wing - LH (Remove and Replace).
  48. Install the Seal - Trunk (Remove and Replace).
  49. Install the Hinge - Power Trunk - LH (Remove and Replace).
  50. Install the Power Trunk (Remove and Install).
  51. Install the Glass - Body - Rear Quarter - LH (Remove and Replace).
  52. Install the Seal - Body - Side - Rear - Primary - LH (Remove and Replace).
  53. Install the Door - Rear - LH (Remove and Install).
