- This procedure can be completed without using a frame bench.

Repair Procedure
- Remove the Plenum - Inlet - HVAC (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the Wheel Arch Liner - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the Stabilizer Bar - Rear (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the Skid Plate - HV Battery - Rear (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the Subframe Assembly - Rear (Remove and Install).
- Remove the Cooling System (Check and Fill).
- Remove the Trim - Side - Trunk - RH (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the Trim - Side - Trunk - LH (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the Carpet - Rear Trunk (1-Piece) (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the Fascia - Rear (Remove and Install).

Remove the Trunk Floor Assembly (Complete).

Remove the Rear Motor Cover Floor.

Remove the original component.
Factory Spot Weld
-
Prepare for installation.
- Apply structural adhesive to the mating surfaces on the vehicle and the new component or components.

Install the new component or components.
Bolt torque to 24 Nm

Install the Trunk Floor Assembly (Complete).

Install the Rear Motor Cover Floor.
- Perform any necessary post-repair operations.
- Install the Fascia - Rear (Remove and Install).
- Install the Carpet - Rear Trunk (1-Piece) (Remove and Replace).
- Install the Trim - Side - Trunk - LH (Remove and Replace).
- Install the Trim - Side - Trunk - RH (Remove and Replace).
- Install the Cooling System (Check and Fill).
- Install the Subframe Assembly - Rear (Remove and Install).
- Install the Skid Plate - HV Battery - Rear (Remove and Replace).
- Install the Stabilizer Bar - Rear (Remove and Replace).
- Install the Wheel Arch Liner - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
- Install the Plenum - Inlet - HVAC (Remove and Replace).
