12 Structural Bulb Rivet, 6.5 mm

Repair Procedure

  1. Trim - Package Tray (Remove and Replace).
  2. Glass - Body - Rear Quarter - LH (Remove and Install).
  3. Wheel Arch Liner - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  4. Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and Replace).
  5. Seat Cushion - Lower - 2nd Row (Remove and Replace).
  6. Seat Back - 2nd Row - LH (Remove and Replace).
  7. Remove the C-Pillar Reinforcement.
  8. Remove the original component.

  9. Remove the foam dam from the original Rear Wheelhouse Reinforcement.

    Note
    Save the foam dam for installation in a later step.
  10. Prepare for installation.

    Structural Bulb Rivet, 6.5 mm

  11. Reinstall the foam dam that was removed in an earlier step.
  12. Apply structural adhesive to the mating surfaces on the vehicle and the new component or components.
  13. Install the new component or components.
  14. Install the new C-Pillar Reinforcement.
  15. Perform any necessary post-repair operations.
  16. Seat Back - 2nd Row - LH (Remove and Replace).
  17. Seat Cushion - Lower - 2nd Row (Remove and Replace).
  18. Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and Replace).
  19. Wheel Arch Liner - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  20. Glass - Body - Rear Quarter - LH (Remove and Install).
  21. Trim - Package Tray (Remove and Replace).
