1. Remove the rear underhood apron. See 前备箱挡板 - 后部（拆卸和更换）.
2. Disconnect LV battery connector and keep FRL connected
   注

   1x connector, Release LV battery but keep FRL connected, Lift up and release green locking tab, Pull black connector lock outwards to release connection

   

   

3. Secure LV battery maintainer and support vehicle
   注

   Secure LV maintainer but leave the Li-ion battery disconnected, Secure positive terminal to jump post, Secure negative terminal to bolt located between brake fluid reservoir and front trunk, Connect maintainer to power supply, DO NOT allow positive cable to make contact with other metal components, Prevent shorting the cables

   

   

   

   

4. Connect LV battery
   注

   1x connector, Seat LV battery connection and push black connector lock inwards to secure, Engage green locking tab when fully seated

   

   

5. Open LH front door

   

6. Lower the LH front window.
7. Place vehicle in service mode
   注

   Via UI > Controls > Software, Touch and hold "Model Y" for 4 seconds then release, Use screen keyboard to type "service" into dialog box then select OK

   

   

   

   

8. Disconnect LV maintainer
   注

   Unplug maintainer and release connections from vehicle, Re-secure positive terminal cover

   

   

   

9. 确认低压电池的状态。
   注

   如果功率转换系统 (PCS) 支持启用 2 分钟后，出现VCLEFT_a478_LVBMS_MOSFET_Open或VCBATT_a478_LVBMS_MOSFET_Open警告，说明低压电池尚未自动恢复。可以通过触摸屏或 Toolbox 尝试手动进行自动恢复：

   • 触摸屏：Service Mode > Low Voltage > Power Distribution > Close MOSFET
   • Toolbox：运行ActionPROC_VCFRONT_X_RECONNECT-LV-BATTERY

   注

   如果通过上述步骤并未成功完成低压电池自动恢复，请使用 Tesla 锂离子电池充电器（仍在开发中）进行电池恢复。

   • 确认电池并未处于高电流放电或自保护状态。
   • 转至Service Mode > Low Voltage > Power Distribution > LV Battery，确认低压电池充电状态在上升。
   • 确认低压电池 MOSFET 状态为Closed。
10. Exit Service Mode
    注

    Controls > Service Mode > Exit Service Mode, Press and hold for 2 seconds

    

11. Install the rear underhood apron. See 前备箱挡板 - 后部（拆卸和更换）.
