Forsikre deg om at 12 V-/lavspenningsstrøm har vært frakoblet i minst ett minutt før du kobler det elektriske ledningsnettet fra komponentene til det ekstra sikringssystemet (SRS), slik som Restraint Control Module, sensorer, kollisjonsputer osv. Koble fra 12 V-/lavspenningsbatteriet og sløyfen for utrykningspersonell. Hvis det ikke gjøres, kan sikkerhetssystemet oppføre seg utilsiktet. ADVARSEL
Det er viktig å koble fra 12 V-/lavspenningsstrøm mens du utfører reparasjoner relatert til det ekstra sikringssystemet (SRS). Du gjør det ved å koble fra 12 V-/lavspenningsbatteriet og sløyfen for utrykningspersonell. Hvis bilens 12 V-/lavspenningsstrøm IKKE er koblet fra og Restraint Control Module fjernes eller forstyrres, kan dette føre til at bilens kollisjonsputer utløses.

Fjerne

  1. Open all the doors and lower the windows.

    If the vehicle is being powered down, latch the rear doors to prevent accidental closure.
  2. Put the vehicle in Service Mode. See Servicemodus.
  3. Open the hood.
  4. Remove the center console assembly from the vehicle. See Midtkonsoll (2.0) (fjerne og montere).

  5. Release the locking tabs, release the connector levers, and disconnect the restraint control module connectors (x2).
  6. Remove and discard the nuts (x3) that attach the restraint control module to the vehicle, and then remove the module from the vehicle.

  1. Position the restraint control module into vehicle, and then install new nuts (x3) that attach the module to the vehicle.
    8 Nm (5.9 lbs-ft)

  2. Connect the restraint control module connectors (x2), and then engage the locking levers and connector locks.
  3. Install the center console assembly into the vehicle. See Midtkonsoll (2.0) (fjerne og montere).
  4. Reinstall the vehicle software. See Installer programvare på nytt – berøringsskjerm.
  5. Åpne Servicemodus Pluss. Se Servicemodus Pluss
  6. På berøringsskjermen berører du Service Mode (Servicemodus) > Safety and Restraints (Sikkerhet og sikring) > Airbags (Kollisjonsputer) > RCM > Post Replacement Tasks (Oppgaver etter utskifting).
  7. På neste skjermbilde berører du Run (Kjør) og lar rutinen fullføres.
  8. On the touchscreen, check the headlight leveling system.
    • If the headlight leveling system is "Ride Height Sensor", exit Service Mode, see Servicemodus, and discontinue this procedure.
    • If the headlight leveling system is "Virtual Pitch Sensor", exit Service Mode, see Servicemodus, and continue to the next step.
