Repair Procedure

  1. Remove the Wheel Arch Liner - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  2. Remove the Adaptive Air Spring Module - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  3. Remove the Insulator - Motor Bay - Rear (5 Seat) (Remove & Replace).
  4. Remove the Insulator - Wheelhouse - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  5. Remove the Absorber - Wheelhouse - Rear - RH (Remove & Replace).
  6. Remove the Seat Assembly - 2nd Row - LH (With 2nd Row Bench Seats) (Remove and Install).
  7. Remove the Racetrack Trim - Lower - LH (Remove and Replace).
  8. Remove the Racetrack Trim - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  9. Remove the original component.

  10. Prepare for installation.
    Note
    A red X indicates a location where a factory-installed fastener is not being replaced. Secure this location using structural adhesive only.

  11. Apply structural adhesive to the mating surfaces on the vehicle and the new component or components.
  12. Install the new component or components.
    Torque the bolts to 25 Nm.
  13. Perform any necessary post-repair operations.
  14. Install the Racetrack Trim - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  15. Install the Racetrack Trim - Lower - LH (Remove and Replace).
  16. Install the Seat Assembly - 2nd Row - LH (With 2nd Row Bench Seats) (Remove and Install).
  17. Install the Absorber - Wheelhouse - Rear - RH (Remove & Replace).
  18. Install the Insulator - Wheelhouse - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  19. Install the Insulator - Motor Bay - Rear (5 Seat) (Remove & Replace).
  20. Install the Adaptive Air Spring Module - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  21. Install the Wheel Arch Liner - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
