Fasteners and Fastener Paths in Fastener Diagrams

Fastener diagrams in repair procedures identify both individual fastener locations and fastener paths. During component installation:

  • Match installation fastener locations to the locations specified in the repair procedure.
  • Match installation fastener locations in paths to the corresponding original factory fastening locations and quantities unless instructed otherwise in the repair procedure.
  • If joint locations in the repair procedure differ from the vehicle being repaired, contact Tesla Collision Repair for assistance.
