Repair Information
- Review all collision repair general practices and safety documentation and wear the appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) before beginning this procedure.
- Properly mount the vehicle on a frame bench when performing this procedure.

Repair Procedure
- Remove the Wheel Arch Liner - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the Panel - Aero Shield - Front (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the Panel - Aero Shield - Rear (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the Bumper Assembly - Rear (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the Absorber - Wheelhouse - Rear - RH (Remove & Replace).
- Remove the Insulator - Wheelhouse - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the Air Spring Module - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the MXP2 THERMAL MANAGEMENT - Cabin HVAC - Passenger Ducting and Vents - Air Extractor Assembly Mid - LH (RR).
- Remove the Rear Trunk Floor Panel Extension.

Remove the Rear Panel Assembly.

Remove the Rear Trunk Floor Panel Extension.

Remove the original component.

Prepare for installation.
- Apply structural adhesive to the mating surfaces on the vehicle and the new component or components.

Install the new component or components.
Torque the bolts to 25 Nm.

Install the Rear Trunk Floor Panel Extension.

If the vehicle is equipped with shim plates: Install new LH and RH
Rear Bumber Plate Shims.

Install the Rear Panel Assembly.
- Perform any necessary post-repair operations.
- Install the Rear Trunk Floor Panel Extension.
- Install the MXP2 THERMAL MANAGEMENT - Cabin HVAC - Passenger Ducting and Vents - Air Extractor Assembly Mid - LH (RR).
- Install the Air Spring Module - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
- Install the Insulator - Wheelhouse - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
- Install the Absorber - Wheelhouse - Rear - RH (Remove & Replace).
- Install the Bumper Assembly - Rear (Remove and Replace).
- Install the Panel - Aero Shield - Rear (Remove and Replace).
- Install the Panel - Aero Shield - Front (Remove and Replace).
- Install the Wheel Arch Liner - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
