Do not stack Collision Repair correction codes unless explicitly told to do so. Depending on the damage to the vehicle, additional repairs may be required.

Repair Information

Review all collision repair general practices and safety documentation and wear the appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) before beginning this procedure.
This procedure can be completed without using a frame bench.

Repair Procedure

Remove the Carpet - 1st Row (Remove and Replace).
Remove the Racetrack Trim - Front - LH (Remove and Replace).
Remove the Windshield (Vehicles with 2nd Generation or Later Autopilot Hardware) (Remove and Install).
Remove the Applique - Roof - Front (Remove and Replace).
Remove the Seal - Primary - Rear Door - LH (Remove and Replace).
Remove the Applique - Spine - Center (Remove and Replace).
Remove the Door Glass - Rear - Upper - LH (Remove and Replace).
Remove the original component.

Prepare for installation.

Apply structural adhesive to the mating surfaces on the vehicle and the new component or components.
Apply structural foam to the top of the nylon reinforcement block (highlighted in yellow).
Install the new component or components.
Torque the bolts to 25 Nm.
Perform any necessary post-repair operations.
Install the Door Glass - Rear - Upper - LH (Remove and Replace).
Install the Applique - Spine - Center (Remove and Replace).
Install the Seal - Primary - Rear Door - LH (Remove and Replace).
Install the Applique - Roof - Front (Remove and Replace).
Install the Windshield (Vehicles with 2nd Generation or Later Autopilot Hardware) (Remove and Install).
Install the Racetrack Trim - Front - LH (Remove and Replace).
Install the Carpet - 1st Row (Remove and Replace).
