High Strength Structural Rivet, 6.5 mm

Repair Procedure

  1. Remove the Retractor - Seatbelt - 2nd Row - LH (Remove and Replace).
  2. Remove the Busbars - Charge Port to HV Battery (Remove and Replace).
  3. Remove the Insulator - Wheelhouse - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  4. Remove the NVH Insulator - Floor - Rear Trunk (Remove and Replace).
  5. Remove the Wheel Arch Liner - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  6. Remove the Retractor - Seatbelt - 2nd Row - LH (Remove and Replace).
  7. Remove the Insulator - Wheelhouse - Rear - RH (Remove and Replace).
  8. Remove the NVH Insulator - Floor - Rear Trunk (Remove and Replace).
  9. Remove the Wheel Arch Liner - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  10. Remove the original component.

  11. Prepare for installation.
    or High Strength Structural Rivets, 6.5 mm
    • A = 8 mm
    • B = 8 mm
  12. Apply structural adhesive to the mating surfaces on the vehicle and the new component or components.
  13. Install the new component or components.
  14. Perform any necessary post-repair operations.
  15. Install the Wheel Arch Liner - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  16. Install the NVH Insulator - Floor - Rear Trunk (Remove and Replace).
  17. Install the Insulator - Wheelhouse - Rear - RH (Remove and Replace).
  18. Install the Retractor - Seatbelt - 2nd Row - LH (Remove and Replace).
  19. Install the Wheel Arch Liner - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  20. Install the NVH Insulator - Floor - Rear Trunk (Remove and Replace).
  21. Install the Insulator - Wheelhouse - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  22. Install the Busbars - Charge Port to HV Battery (Remove and Replace).
  23. Install the Retractor - Seatbelt - 2nd Row - LH (Remove and Replace).
