- This procedure can be completed without using a frame bench.

Repair Procedure

Remove the Quarter Outer Skin (Vehicles Built Through February 17, 2022).

Remove the original component.

Factory Spot Welds

Prepare for installation.
or Rivets, 4.8 mm
- A = 11 mm.
- B = 7 mm.
- Apply structural adhesive to the mating surfaces on the vehicle and the new component or components.
- Install the new component or components.

Install the Quarter Outer Skin (Vehicles Built Through February 17, 2022).
- Perform any necessary post-repair operations.
