Repair Procedure

  1. Remove the Retractor - Seatbelt - 2nd Row - Outboard (Single Side) (Remove and Replace).
  2. Remove the Height Adjuster - Seatbelt - LH (Remove and Replace).
  3. Remove the Retractor - Seatbelt - Driver (Remove and Replace).
  4. Remove the Airbag - Curtain - RH (RHD) (Remove and Replace).
  5. Remove the Module - Body Controller - LH (Remove and Replace).
  6. Remove the Harness - Body - LH (NA/EU) (Remove and Replace).
  7. Remove the Ground Strap - Rear Defrost (Remove and Replace).
  8. Remove the HV Battery (AWD) (Remove and Replace).
  9. Remove the Tub Carpet - Rear Trunk (Remove and Replace).
  10. Remove the Trim - Side - Trunk - LH (Remove and Replace).
  11. Remove the Insulator - Stuffer - Wheelhouse (Remove and Replace).
  12. Remove the Front Carpet - Rear Trunk (Remove and Replace).
  13. Remove the Carpet - Rear (Remove and Replace).
  14. Remove the Carpet - Front - LH (Remove and Replace).
  15. Remove the Bracket - C-Pillar - LH (Remove and Replace).
  16. Remove the Bracket - B-Pillar - LH (Remove and Replace).
  17. Remove the Trim - Package Tray (Premium) (Remove and Replace).
  18. Remove the Beam - Cross Car (LHD) (Remove and Replace).
  19. Remove the Exterior Trim Fittings - Mud Flaps - Pair.
  20. Remove the Cap - Brightwork - Upper - LH (Remove and Replace).
  21. Remove the Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and Replace).
  22. Remove the Fascia - Rear - Upper (Remove and Replace).
  23. Remove the Trunk (Remove and Install).
  24. Remove the Door - Rear - LH (Remove and Install).
  25. Remove the Door - Front - LH (Remove and Install).
  26. Remove the Fender Assembly - Front - LH (Remove and Install).
  27. Remove the Door Ring Outer.
  28. Remove the original component.

  29. Prepare for installation.

  30. Apply structural adhesive to the mating surfaces on the vehicle and the new component or components.
  31. Install the new component or components.
  32. Perform resistance spot welding.

  33. Install the new Door Ring Outer.
  34. Perform any necessary post-repair operations.
  35. Install the Fender Assembly - Front - LH (Remove and Install).
  36. Install the Door - Front - LH (Remove and Install).
  37. Install the Door - Rear - LH (Remove and Install).
  38. Install the Trunk (Remove and Install).
  39. Install the Fascia - Rear - Upper (Remove and Replace).
  40. Install the Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and Replace).
  41. Install the Cap - Brightwork - Upper - LH (Remove and Replace).
  42. Install the Exterior Trim Fittings - Mud Flaps - Pair.
  43. Install the Beam - Cross Car (LHD) (Remove and Replace).
  44. Install the Trim - Package Tray (Premium) (Remove and Replace).
  45. Install the Bracket - B-Pillar - LH (Remove and Replace).
  46. Install the Bracket - C-Pillar - LH (Remove and Replace).
