Repair Procedure

  1. Remove the Fender Assembly - Front - LH (Remove and Install).
  2. Remove the Carrier - Bumper - Front (Remove and Replace).
  3. Remove the Cooling Fan Module (Remove and Replace).
  4. Remove the Radiator (Remove and Replace).
  5. Remove the Panel - Aero Shield - Rear (Remove and Replace).
  6. Remove the Knuckle - Front - LH (Remove and Replace).
  7. Remove the Damper - Front - LH (Dual Motor) (Remove and Replace).
  8. Remove the Mount - Front Upper Control Arm - LH (Remove and Replace).
  9. Remove the Brake Hydraulic Control Unit (Remove and Replace).
  10. Remove the Assembly - Brake Booster and Master Cylinder (LHD) (Remove and Replace).
  11. Remove the Assembly - Brake Lines - Front (Remove and Install).
  12. Remove the original component.

  13. Prepare for installation.

  14. Apply structural adhesive to the mating surfaces on the vehicle and the new component or components.
  15. Install the new component or components.
    Torque the bolts to 22 Nm.
  16. Perform any necessary post-repair operations.
  17. Install the Assembly - Brake Lines - Front (Remove and Install).
  18. Install the Assembly - Brake Booster and Master Cylinder (LHD) (Remove and Replace).
  19. Install the Brake Hydraulic Control Unit (Remove and Replace).
  20. Install the Mount - Front Upper Control Arm - LH (Remove and Replace).
  21. Install the Damper - Front - LH (Dual Motor) (Remove and Replace).
  22. Install the Knuckle - Front - LH (Remove and Replace).
  23. Install the Panel - Aero Shield - Rear (Remove and Replace).
  24. Install the Radiator (Remove and Replace).
  25. Install the Cooling Fan Module (Remove and Replace).
  26. Install the Carrier - Bumper - Front (Remove and Replace).
  27. Install the Fender Assembly - Front - LH (Remove and Install).
