Repair Information
- Review all collision repair general practices and safety documentation and wear the appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) before beginning this procedure.
- Properly mount the vehicle on a frame bench when performing this procedure.

Repair Procedure
- Remove the Rear Frame Rail End Plate.
- Remove the Trunk Floor Assembly (Complete).
- Remove the original component.

Prepare for installation.
NoteA red X indicates a location where a factory-installed fastener is not being replaced.

High Strength Structural Rivets, 6.5 mm
- A = 32 mm.
- B = 29 mm.
- C = 10 mm.
- D = 31 mm.
- E = 9 mm.
- F = 51 mm.
- G = 67 mm.
- H = 41 mm.
- I = 21 mm.
- J = 87 mm.
NoteWhen installing the rivet in the Rear Wheelhouse Inner (circled in red), remove the minimum amount of material necessary from the Rear Wheelhouse Inner in order to install the rivet. - Apply structural adhesive to the mating surfaces on the vehicle and the new component or components.
- Install the new component or components.
- Install the the Rear Frame Rail End Plate.
- Install the Trunk Floor Assembly (Complete).
- Perform any necessary post-repair operations.
