维修程序

  1. 拆卸 HV Battery (AWD) (Remove and Install)。
  2. 拆卸 Brake Lines - LH Sill (Remove and Replace)。
  3. 拆卸 Beam - Cross Car (LHD) (Remove and Replace)。
  4. 拆卸 Steering Column (LHD) (Remove and Replace)。
  5. 拆卸 Module - Body Controller - LH (LHD) (Heat Pump) (Remove and Replace)。
  6. 拆卸 Module - Body Controller - RH (LHD) (Heat Pump) (Remove and Replace)。
  7. 拆卸 Door - Rear - LH (Remove and Install)。
  8. 拆卸 Door - Front - LH (Remove and Install)。
  9. 拆卸 Fender Assembly - Front - LH (Remove and Install)。
  10. 拆下车身侧外件总成的必要部分，以便露出下方所要更换的组件。
  11. 拆下铰链柱（区块）。
  12. 在指定位置切割原装部件。

  14. 在指定位置切割新组件。

  15. 从第二个新门槛外件上制作一块 80 毫米宽的加固板。
  16. 准备安装。

  17. 在车辆接合面以及新部件上涂抹结构型粘合剂。
  18. 安装新部件。
  19. 执行电阻点焊。

  22. 执行任何必要的维修后操作。
  23. 安装 Fender Assembly - Front - LH (Remove and Install)。
