Repair Information
- 只要使用本文档中 围板外壳区块说明 部分指定的参考切割线,即可更换围板外壳的下部。
- Review all collision repair general practices and safety documentation and wear the appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) before beginning this procedure.
- This procedure can be completed without using a frame bench.

注 切勿在底部铝制后轮罩加固件面板的上方直接切割车身侧外件面板(红色所示)。 注 用结构型粘合剂填充所示接缝。 注 本区块对接接头的相邻面板之间的间隙应尽可能小,以最大限度提高连接强度。 注 焊接后密封所有外露的焊缝。 |

转向部分区块

Repair Procedure
- Remove the original component.
- 分开后轮拱法兰。

Prepare for installation.
注A red X indicates a location where a factory-installed fastener is not being replaced.

在充电端口外壳支架与围板外壳和原厂泡沫隔板(橙色所示)直接接触的区域涂抹接缝密封剂。
警告本程序要求接缝密封剂的凝固延展率高于 150%。这可避免围板外表面——充电端口外壳支架粘合到面板内侧的位置——出现肉眼可见的变形。警告如果使用的接缝密封剂不适用于裸露金属表面,那么围板内侧的接合面首先需要进行表面修整,再安装充电端口外壳总成。请参阅所使用的接缝密封剂的技术数据表。
- Apply structural adhesive to the mating surfaces on the vehicle and the new component or components.

Install the new component or components.
注仅限使用结构型粘合剂固定车身侧外件底部法兰。
- 折叠轮拱法兰。

Perform resistance spot
welding.
警告Failure to follow all welding safety precautions, including the use of personal protective equipment, could result in serious injury or property damage. Only technicians who have completed Tesla’s approved welding training are authorized to weld structural components on Tesla vehicles.警告Do not weld on a Tesla vehicle before performing the Vehicle Electrical Isolation Procedure (refer to the vehicle-specific Service Manual for more information on the Vehicle Electrical Isolation Procedure). Welding on a Tesla vehicle with an energized high or low voltage system might damage vehicle components.

Perform GMA welding.

Steel Plug Welds
警告Do not weld the panel where it directly contacts the high strength panels underneath. The heat from welding might weaken the strength of the underlying high strength steel structure.警告Failure to follow all welding safety precautions, including the use of personal protective equipment, could result in serious injury or property damage. Only technicians who have completed Tesla’s approved welding training are authorized to weld structural components on Tesla vehicles.警告To maintain vehicle crash integrity, use only approved welding wire and an approved GMA welder to perform GMA welding on Tesla vehicles. Refer to 已批准的气体保护金属极弧 (GMA) 焊接器和焊丝 for information on approved GMA welders and welding wire.警告Before GMA welding, make sure that the structural adhesive is dry to the touch. If the structural adhesive is not dry to the touch before GMA welding, the strength of the adhesive bond might be compromised.警告Do not weld on a Tesla vehicle before performing the Vehicle Electrical Isolation Procedure (refer to the vehicle-specific Service Manual for more information on the Vehicle Electrical Isolation Procedure).
