Repair Information
- Review all collision repair general practices and safety documentation and wear the appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) before beginning this procedure.
- This procedure can be completed without using a frame bench.

Repair Procedure
- Remove the Fender Assembly - Front - LH (Remove and Install).
- Remove the Hinge - Hood - LH (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the Wiper Module (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the Windshield (HW4) (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the Insulator - Dash (Remove and Replace).

Remove the original component.

Secure this location using structural adhesive only.NoteFor the highlighted rivet, position the replacement fastener outboard of the original Factory Spot Weld location to avoid the trim hole in the Dash Panel. The new location for this fastener must be within 20 mm of the original Factory Spot Weld location (do not exceed 20 mm).
- Prepare for installation.
- Apply structural adhesive to the mating surfaces on the vehicle and the new component or components.

Install the new component or components.
Torque the bolts to 10 Nm.
- Perform any necessary post-repair operations.
- Install the Insulator - Dash (Remove and Replace).
- Install the Windshield (HW4) (Remove and Replace).
- Install the Wiper Module (Remove and Replace).
- Install the Hinge - Hood - LH (Remove and Replace).
- Install the Fender Assembly - Front - LH (Remove and Install).
